This is a modern and spacious villa and is located in a residential area. Sesmarias is close to Carvoeiro. The interior offers bright and modern furnishings throughout. The villa has a beautiful private pool and sun terrace with high quality sunloungers. Carvoeiro center is only a ten minutes drive away where you will find several restaurants and bars to chose from as well as a nice beach. Sesmarias offers also some Restaurants, cafes and shops, including a small supermarket in walking distance. The nearest beach is approx. 1,5km away.
