The apartment is superbly located close to the beach, modern, spacious and light. Equipped to a very high standard with tiled and wooden flooring throughout. The kitchen is modern with all appliances, it has a large living area, a main bathroom and an on-suite to the main bedroom. The apartment's position provides balcony views from two sides with one balcony overlooking the large pool and the other towards the sea. The apartment block has a lift and access to a large communal pool, centrally located and close to the Bars and Restaurants on the promenade. Sao Martinho is a beautiful small fishing town with a lovely beach and bay and calm seas, ideal for the family holiday. The beach and promenade are only 5 mins walk from the accomodation and for people who enjoy walking and nature there are many lovely walks nearby..

Sao Martinho has pavement cafes, bars and restaurants all within the town, a few small supermarkets are close buy and numerous larger supermarkets within a short drive.

  • 150 euros is added to your final amount as a deposit against breakages, this will be returned within one week of departure after the apartment is checked out.

The holiday ticked all the boxes,from the beautiful and tranquil portuguese village that is Sao Martinho to a choice of excellent beaches and some fine historic sites nearby.The apartment was spacious and very nicely furnished, it truly was home from home, 2 large balconies for morning and evening sun and a very large pool and not very busy. Plenty of restaurents but it was also well equiped for cooking in the apartment with a modern kitchen with everything you need. I would recommend this to anybody.

The appartment is comfortabel, property and luxe. There is a large swimmingpool in the garden. The beach is very close, we have enjoy this. There are good restaurants in the village. And in the area there are many nice villages to visit, as Nazare, Obidos, the beach in Foz.
The most people there, are people of Portugal on holiday. We liked this.

A very modern apartment offering spacious accommodation. Large shared pool not often in use by other guests. Luxury of two balconies. Kitchen equipment basic for those who chose to cook most days/no coffee maker/ microwave... Close to facilities and beaches. Very busy town in August.Nearest supermarket 20 minutes away. Would recommend apartment to friends.Fabulous beaches nearby.
