This was my first DIY holiday online and it was quite easy to book a holiday yourself without having to go to a travel agent. It was quite a challenging and exciting. I had no problems contacting the owners via email and they usually sent a reply promptly.
Weather - mostly hot with plenty of sunshine. Very warm in the evening.
Accomodation - apartment is very clean and immaculate. Air-conditioning in the apartment is a must especially before going to bed. Details are exact as stated on the webpage.
Facilities - Bit disappointed with TV not being available to keep ourselves amused if we want to rest in our room during some evenings but it was a nice break away from TV for a change. We were very satisfied with other facilities available throughout our stay. Pool is nice with some sun beds. Sun beds are usually available unlike other hotels we previously stayed.
Location - 10 mins drive into centre of Paphos and about 15 mins drive to Coral Bay beach. It's about 10 mins walk to the Tombs of the Kings. Loads of restuarants along the main road, you can't miss it.
Entertainment / Activities - a very low key and quite relaxing, not much for the kids for the evening at the complex. Bar is open from about 10am until late. They provide lots of different drinks and some nice snacks. Ice-creams are available as well.
Beach / Attractions - Coral Bay is popular and is a must for the family, very safe, shallow, calm sea and sandy. Lara beach (need a car) is a place where tortoise nestings are and it has got a spectacular bay with a nice scenery and lovely place to swim in a calm warm sea. It is uncrowded. It's about 40 mins drive north of Paphos in Akamas peninsular. Note: wear something on your feet for walking on the sand because it is very hot. Paphos Waterpark is fun for the whole family, which is located on the other side of Paphos.
Car - it is not necessary to have a car as there are buses available along the main road nearby taking you to Paphos town, waterpark or Coral Bay but if you want to discover further than Paphos area you would need to hire a car.
Services - excellent and very warming reception from the owners on our arrival and duration. A 100% satisfaction.
Holiday overall rating - 4 out of 5. Would gain an extra point if TV are available. We enjoyed our holiday in Paphos and would return again, maybe in other part of Cyprus.
Recommendation - Yes, definteley. We were pleased with our holiday. No hassles and no tummy troubles!

There is a TV in the apartment, which is primarily there to view DVDs, we intend on installing satellite TV at the end of October. We also have a DVD player and a small selcetion of DVDs. Please feel free to bring your own choice of films to watch too.
