Beautiful Luxury 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on Thunderbird lake, Cape coral. Sleeps comfortably 10 people, recently refurbished in November 2008. Beautiful infinity pool which cascades in to the lake. 20 foot hurricane power boat with 115HP outboard motor for fantastic adventures in the river and gulf of Mexico. A truly wonderful holiday to remember . Wildlife guaranteed, Dolphins, Manatte’s, fishing whilst on the boat. Full boat orientation on arrival. Huge 47 inch LCD TV with Cable, DVD, Microwave. 4 TV’s in total. All usual kitchen appliances, dishwasher microwave etc, Wireless broadband internet access. Ceiling fans and fully air-conditioned throughout. Master suite with huge en-suite bathroom, and patio door to screened pool area. Double garage. Cot, high chair, linens, towels included. Close proximity to unspoilt white sand beaches, all access by boat a number of excellent golf courses and all the nearby family attractions, restaurants and shopping you could want. Close to Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands where you can watch dolphins play. Busch Gardens Theme Park is a couple of hours away for a good day out, as is a trip down the coast to Naples or an hour away to Everglade City for a thrilling ride on an air boat.

From many prevoious years renting in the Cape area this would be the one to come back to without hesitation. Brand new home,Great location, great views,great pool, great dock with boat, great house that is spacious enough for two families and very clean.
Dealing with the owner has been very easy with prompt return to any questions and all details were truthfully described. Will easily recommend this property to our friends that rent in the Cape each year.

This was an excellent villa which exceeded our expectations. It was clean, very well appointed, had a brilliant location, well supported and, as well as a wonderful pool, had the fun of a boat.

We all enjoyed our holiday with sun bathing, swimming, boating, mall shopping, airboats, alligators, manatees and dolphins. This was fabulous Florida at its best.

I would recommend the villa to anyone.

Ps, almost forgot the pelicans, egrets and eagles!

Great villa, very spacious and well equipped. Very happy on arrival as property is even better than the photos!

Wonderful view out over pool and lake. Beautifully presented with large bedrooms.

Excellent boat which was safe and easy to use and we had great fun going up to Captiva and Cayo Costa for beachcombing adventures. Rumrunners restaurant is only 30 mins by boat - great food and child friendly.

We would thoroughly recommend this property and have already re-booked for 2010. Friends have just come back and had a great time and the Owners were very helpful and informative.

Best holiday I have ever had ! Villa is fantastic and feels brand new. Having the boat at the end of the garden is just amazing, different restaurant very day. Incredible for wild life, we had dolphins proposing behind the boat, saw manatees virtually every time we went out. We had stayed in the cape before and rented a boat, this is by far the best package for value and quality. I have already booked for next year, if that is any recommendation !

Stayed here in April 2009 with my wife, 20 month old daughter, mother in law, brother in law and his partner. Fantastic accomodation in a nice area. Fairly good local amenities and you will need a car to get to most of them. Very nice to have use of the boat, as Rumrunners restaurant was convenient and child friendly, as were all local restaurants. Some good local golf courses close by if you enjoy a knock! Would go back.
