Spacious 60m2 two bedroom apartment with superb views over the bay from the balcony, living/dining room and American kitchen. Perfect for a romantic get away, family holiday or for plane spotting! It is beside the Radisson Hotel, so if you tire of watching the world go by, adjourn to their magnificent roof top pool and bar. The view, day and night is spectacular. The beach is across the Promenade and the Radisson private beach with chairs for hire is a short stroll. The apartment has air conditioning in the salon and is 'traversant' i.e it has windows front and back so you can keep cool with the Mediterranean breeze. The main bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space. The second has two single beds that can be made into a double. There is an American kitchen, dining space for six, a sofa bed/couch and balcony furniture. There is cable TV (Sky News, CNN, Bloomberg etc) and Wifi, stereo and dvd. Apartment is situated on The Promenade Des Anglais, Close to the Radisson Hotel, a short distance from Nice Cote d'Azur Airport. The hotel Negresco, the Cours Salaya and the Old Town are within walking distance, as is the Port of Nice. Enjoy a walk into town along the Promenade and stop for refreshment in one of the many restaurants on the Promenade or on the beach. There is so much to do in Nice and a car is not just unnecessary, it is a nuisance. Copacabana is well served by bus, with services to many parts of the city including the Port, Railway station and Bus station. If you don't fancy walking home after an evening out, the night bus (Noctambus) runs until quite late at regular intervals. A train or bus ride will bring you to Cannes, or Monaco for the Casino The Palace or to take a trip in a Ferrari around the Monaco Grand Prix Circuit. Eze, Beaulieu, Menton. Or you might wish to visit the markets in Ventimglia in Italy.Also within easy reach are Vence, Antibes, etc.

  • To secure a booking, 40% must be transferred, with the balance payable four weeks before arrival, Payment by electronic transfer is preferred and we accept credit cards via PayPal. These payments incur an extra charge to cover costs. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival must be paid in full.
    Groceries can be purchased for you at a small cost.
    A security deposit of €300 is payable, in cash, to our local representative. This will be returned at the end of your stay, assuming no breakages, exceptional utility use or extra cleaning being necessary.
    All linen and towels are provided (except beach towels).
    There is an end of stay cleaning charge of €80.
    All utilities are included but we ask that you think of the environment (and the bills!).
    3 or 4 night stay is at 75% of the weekly rate, but do enquire as deals are available off peak.
    Discounts for longer term rentals.
  • Ideal base for a skiing holiday, Only 1 1/2 hours by car from the ski resorts!! Or you can take a bus from the centre of Nice.

Anyone for Golf or Skiing?: Other activities - Skiing or golf? Nice is a perfect base for winter sports and particularly skiing. The resorts of Auron, Isola 2000 and Valberg/Beuil are about an hours drive from the centre of Nice. But why drive when you can take a bus from the Bus Station (Gare Routiere) to the ski slopes (see You can ski during the day and lie on the beach in the afternoon. If golf is your passion, there are many fine golf courses around Nice. There are even two courses dating back to the 19th century - Cannes Mandelieu (1891) and Valescure (1895).

Getting to Copacabana: If arriving by plane at Terminal 1, you have a choice of the Airport bus which departs T1 at 20 minute intervals until 2350 (summer time). It also takes in T2. You alight from the bus at the Radisson stop and cross the Promenade to the Radisson. Copacabana is to the left a few doors.This bus costs €4 but the ticket lasts all day. An alternative from T1 is to take the No 23 as far as Ste Helene (stop behind the Radisson). Head towards the Promenade and the Radisson and...Tickets are €1.

You must have the Nice experience

The whole process of booking our holiday was very stress free and contact with the owner very helpful and reassuring.
The description of the apartment was very accurate and the location was stunning. Plenty of linen and towels were available and all the extras which help you settle in to unfamiliar surroundings with ease. The apartment is tastefully furnished and the beds very comfortable It was clean on our arrival and it was very useful that cleaning materials were available to keep it that way. The owner's agent was extremely welcoming and the starter pack in the fridge very helpful. There are plenty of good local shops and the Carrefore Supermarket is a ten minute walk - turn left at the back of the apartment building. We used Restaurants both locally and in the Old Town and none disappointed. We visited Villa Rotheschild, Monaco and St Paul de Vence which were easily accessed by public transport which is very cheap. Included with other helpful tourist information in the apartment are bus/train times. As on previous visits to the area we found that a week is just not enough - so much to do. In the evening it was lovely to take the bus to the old town, have a meal and then walk back which takes about 40 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return

Beside the sea

The property is in a superb location with good public transport access. The weather in mid October was perfect.

The apartment was reasonably clean, unfortunately the previous occupiers had left several wet towels in the cupboard which we had to dry to avoid all the linen from getting damp.

The apartment is basically furnished but we did not want for anything. The owner was very helpful in giving directions and answering questions before we agreed to the holiday booking. His representative in Nice spoke adequate English and I am sure would have been very helpful shoud we have had a problem..

The drawback to the apartment is that it is very noisy from traffic noise as it is situation in the middle of two three lane major routes into Nice. If you can sleep anywhere then this apartment is excellent for the light sleeper it could be a sleepless week!

We provide guests with his contact number lest such situations arise where he can assist. He is available at all times to guests.
Nice is a vibrant working city which is one of it's charms and even the pedestrianised areas can be noisy! The Promenade des Anglais, with its magnificent views, is the 'jewel in the crown' of the city and is indeed busy. We share this location with neighbours such as the Radisson Blu Hotel, a few doors away!

Perfect apartment in Nice

Location of this apartment is fantastic. Literally across the road from the quiet pebbled beach. The apartment is light and modern, with enough room for 4 people to stay.
It is clean and safe, and cool despite the summer heat outside. Nice little balcony to enjoy breakfast and evening drinks while watching life go by in the promenade below.
Lift access to the 2nd floor makes it ideal for those that find stairs difficult.
Very personable French man (JP) that makes you feel like you would be looked after if there ever was a problem. Thank you for helping make our stay in Nice very enjoyable.

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our week long stay in this nice quiet apartment. It was very clean, and had all we needed for our stay. We enjoyed eating on the balcony with the amazing view. Only a short walk into the main town, and nice beach opposite. Owner and local representative very helpful.
Would definately recommend to friends.

Amazing Views

Our family stayed here for 2 weeks. The pictures are perfect in detailing the views that you have from the apartment. The apartment is very convenient for public transportation and has many local eating places nearby. The beach access is directly across the Promenade from the apartment. While the apartment is away from the main tourist center / Old town area, it is an easy walk or bus ride to reach these areas. We would recommend the apartment to our friends and family as their location to explore all the towns of the Riviera.

We find it a perfect base for exploring Nice and the towns along the Riviera, Monte Carlo and Italy. It is also a perfect base for a skiing holiday, the slopes are easily accessible by bus or car.
