This charming, sun filled, three bedroom villa is situated in a quiet area near Ayia Triada and Pernera in Protaras. Lovingly furnished in soft shades of beige, cream and gold, the luxury villa offers a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The spacious lounge room consists of a soft beige three piece lounge suite with sofa-bed, offset by beautiful sheer voiles of graduated colours of burnt orange and green, giving privacy while still allowing the sunshine to filter in. A 32' LCD TV with Satellite offering English speaking channels & DVD/Music facilities is provided. The oak kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, enables you to make that culinary meal; Electric hob / oven, full fridge / freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery and washing machine. Outdoors is a warm and private al fresco dining area with seating for 8 & a well maintained private swimming pool also provides 8 sun loungers. The villa has air con in all rooms and bedrooms are furnished to a high luxurious standard.

Situated in a small peaceful enclave, this sunny villa is 150m away from the secluded beach of Serena Bay, where clear waters gently lap onto its sandy shore. On the other side of this bay is a small fishing area where locals bring in the morning catch. Open bottom boat cruises and catamaran tours depart from here daily. Proteras is very near (2min drive or 5 Euros in a taxi) where you can experience a variety of cuisines, bars, pubs, clubs and entertainment, not forgetting the famously beautiful Fig Tree Bay. A five minute drive in the opposite direction, you will encounter the modern, municipal town of Paralimni where you can find many local, well stocked supermarkets, cafes and boutiques. The well known resort of Ayia Napa is only a 10 minute drive along a rugged and beautiful coastline. We can also arrange for you to be collected from the Villa to learn Scuba Diving!

Do I need a car at the apartments?: You can get a taxi from Larnaca airport to the Villa and you would be quite happy without a car because the beach is 150m, the nearest shops & bars are a few minutes walk and taxis are easily available for longer journeys such as to Proteras or Agia Napa. Nevertheless because there is so much to see and do in the area our recommendation is that you do hire a car for your holiday. We can recommend a car hire company with reasonable discount if you need some help. They will meet you at the airport with your car keys.

How far is it to everything?: The beach is 150m away. You can wake up on a sunny morning and be in the sea and your own quiet little beach within 2 minutes. Don't bother showering - let the natural sea water cleanse your skin :-) The beach is beautiful: gentle waves lapping at the shore, crystal clear water, sun loungers provided. Perfect for kids because it's so safe (no currents, no waves) and perfect for the adults to just chill, relax and top up the tan. Oh, and if you want to stretch your legs, walk for hours along the rugged stunning coastline, direct from your villa :-) Shops and bars are all within walking distance, but the main centres of Proteras and Agia Napa are all a few minutes drive away so a car or taxi is needed.

How will we get the keys to the Villa?: When you arrive you will be met by a representative of SunshineGetaways who will show you round the villa provide orientation so you know where everything is and check you have everything you need for your stay.

Other Activities: Banana rides, coastal cruises, boats to Egypt daily, jet skiing, pedalos, snorkeling, aquarium 100m, paragliding, you name it!!
