  • The rates indicated are FULLY INCLUSIVE of all the villa facilities.

    We can accept payment in GBP or EURO.

    You will be met on your arrival by our Resort Host, and given a Complimentary Welcome Food Pack & a brief introduction to the facilities. A Linen & Maid Service will be provided weekly. Electricity, Water & ADSL Wireless connection are also included in the rental price.

    A 25% none returnable deposit is required to secure the booking of the Villa and the remainder is due six weeks prior to your arrival by bank transfer.

    A damage deposit of 500.00 Euro in cash will be collected at the beginning of your stay and refunded in full at the end of your stay, providing no damage or loss has occurred.

    We can provide Fold Up Single Bed(s) for any additional guests and also Cots and Highchairs, for your little ones, if required.

Upstairs via a beautiful marble staircase you reach the landing with the en suite Master Bedroom & a Single bedroom with dressing table, side table and its own small terrace overlooking the front garden and a separate bathroom. The spacious en suite Master bedroom is furnished to a high quality with a wonderful super king sized bed, matching side tables, chest of drawers and table with its own private terrace with sea views. Adjoining the Master bedroom there is a spacious dressing area with built in wardrobes and drawers, leading to a separate walk in shower room and then into a private bathroom with Toilet, Bidet, wash hand basin vanitary unit and bath. We can provide Cots & extraFold Up Beds.

Notes: The spacious Lounge/Dining room has been furnished to a very high standard with Portuguese marble floors and fireplace, overlooking the large part covered upper terrace and lower sunbathing terrace and fantastic private pool. There is a TV with some SKY programs (including BBC 1, 2, 3 & 4 & ITV 1, 2, 3 & 4) We also have Dutch TV as well as Spanish channels. There is also a DVD player so you can watch DVD films or listen to music Cd's during your stay. There is a free wireless ADSL Router so you will be able to log on easily if you bring your own laptop. The lovely fully fitted kitchen has polished granite worktops & breakfast table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped & provides everything you need to rustle up anything from a simple snack to a gourmet dinner!! To make life easier there is a dishwasher & washing machine too. The lovely, private upper outside terrace has a dining & seating area. Perfect for drinks, al fresco dining & watching the sun go down.

Lower Pool Terrace & Garden: From the upper dining and sitting terrace a staircase leads down to the large, fantastic private pool and sunbathing terrace with sunbeds, a small shaded seating area and brick built BBQ surrounded by the lovely Mediterranean garden and Palm Trees. There is secure off street parking for a couple of cars. Villa Palm Beach is 530 m2 built in a private garden of 2,000 m2.

Along the beautiful sandy beach there are many Chiringuitos where you can enjoy a light snack for lunch or dinner in the evening watching the sun go down. There are many fantastic things to see and do in and around the Marbella area, but the standard of our accommodation is such that you could easily ' stay at home' and just relax by the pool!! There are many Golf Courses in and around Marbella, including Santa Maria Golf, Santa Carla Golf, Marbella Golf, Rio Real Golf & many others, all a short drive away, so it is an ideal place to stay if you are a keen golfer too!

Transport from the Airport to the Villa: Fly to Malaga - Elviria is just 35 minutes drive from the airport. There are always taxis available at the airport - but if you prefer we can arrange transport to pick you up from the airport at a cost of up to 4 persons / 1 car Euros 40.00, up to 6 - 7 persons / 1 people carrier Euros 75.00, up to 8 - 11 persons / 1 car & 1 people carrier Euros 120.00 or for 12 persons / 2 people carriers Euros 150.00 each way, which is cheaper than normal taxis, then if you did want to hire a car you can arrange car hire at your convenience, once you have arrived & settled in. There are a couple of car hire companies in Elviria that we can give you the contact & website details of, if you wish to have a car delivered to the apartment or pick one up locally after you have settled in. Many Car Hire companies are also available from the airport.

We booked the villa for a hen weekend and had the most amazing long weekend. The villa was very well equipped and had an amazing pool. It was spotless and had very comfortable beds. We are already planning on returning next year and would recommend for any holiday type. Thank you

Dream holiday villa for everyone

Dear Karen & Rene you have realy fantastic villa for holiday.All our family (6 adults and 3 children ) loved it very much.Most of the time we liked to stay in the willa with beautiful garden and realy very big swimmingpool(water in it was heated),becase that was almost everything we needed for our short holiday and lukily weather was very nice.In the kitchen there was almost everything you need for cookig .Welcome food pack which contained even Cava was super.
Supermarkets were not too far and sea was realy in a walking distance.
Resort host Bernard was great,my husband liked to talk to him.
Next year we'll return and for certain for longer period.
We'll recomend your villa Palm Beach for all our friends .

We had a lovely holiday in your very beautiful spacious villa with many bathrooms, the beautiful garden and lovely big swimmingpool. The villa is well equiped. Everything is very clean.The shops, good restaurants, the beach are nearby.We really liked the English and Spanish restaurant. The German Music café with the lovely diners is fantastic. The taxi service and meeter and greater (Bernard) is fantastic. We shall recommend your beautiful penthouse to our family and friends! We had a great time.
We will come back many times.

Girls weekend

Hi Karen

I would just like to thank you for our wonderful stay at your villa- we couldn’t have asked for more.
Although we were further from Puerto Banus than we actually realised, it was easy enough to get a taxi at just a short walk and it wasn’t too expensive.

The size was perfect along with the weather (most of the time!) and my cousin had the best Hen weekend ever- I even managed to bag the master bedroom!!
The only thing we struggled to find was a CD player… but the radio in the garden picked up some good stations anyway.

I will definitely be recommending this property and I am sure to be coming back again.

holiday with friends at Marbella

It realy is a fantastic house ! It is equiped very well (except for pillows on the beds at the swimming pool and a coffeemachine). In the kitchen you can find everything to prepare your meals. The house is maintained well. Beach is on walking distance. I would not reccomend this house to families with small children. You need a car for shopping and sightseeing. We would surely recommend the house to friends. The owners are great, they gave a superb service !!
