This lovely townhouse nestles amongst quiet walkways and is surrounded by colourful shrubs and flowers. There is a private paved terrace to the front leading into the welcoming entrance hall with access to an attractive small twin bedded room. Futher along the hall there is another larger twin bedroom and modern shower room. The spacious master bedroom has access to the rear terrace as well as as en-suite bathroom. The well presented lounge/dining area is at the upper level and has doors leading out to the large furnished sun terrace with gas BBQ and sea views. The comfortable lounge area has a free standing wood burning stove for chilly winter evenings as well as satelite TV with sports and movie channels. The dining area seats 6. The kitchen is modern, fully fitted with all mod cons. There is air conditioning throughout. This townhouse will suit a family of 6 very comfortably and is walking distance to the beach. There is convenient parking just outside the villa.

This lovely townhouse is located in a small enclave of houses very close to the 'Praca' at Vale da Loba. The gorgeous beach, shops and restaurants are all within short walking distances. There is a choice of championship golf courses nearby (not to mention the many courses along the coast) which the owner will be pleased to tell you about. The city of Faro is a 20 minute drive where a walk around the narrow streets of the old town is well recommended. The lovely marina of Vilamoura is also well worth a visit. Nearby Quarteira has a terrific weekly market as does the inland town of Loule. The historic town of Lagos is another recommended trip.

Shopping: There are lots of shops available locally both at the nearby Praca Centre, the Vale da Loba Centre and at Almancil itself. Quinta Shopping also has some beautiful shops and restaurants. There is a large modern shopping centre in Faro called The Forum which has a large hypermarket which sells just about everything. There is also a huge shopping centre just outside Albuferia. Quarteria has a terrific weekly market dealing in fruit and veg and clothes. The town of Loule located towards the mountains also has a great indoor market well worth a visit. Loule is also a great shopping town.

Golfing: There are no end of championship golf courses in the immediate area and all along the coast. It's always a good idea to check for any price reductions on booking.
