Nearest Ferry: Denia at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Denia at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: la xara or la jara at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 150.0 Metres

The house is situated 150 m from the beach, there's a regular bus service only 100 m away it takes 10 min to get to Denia, which leaves you at the harbour. You can take a trip up to the montgo (Denia's mountain) or see the old town and the castle. For food there's a whole strip of restaurants and bars just 50 m from the house. There's also a train station and a bus station in Denia that can take you up or down the coast line or inland. If you're looking for theme parks (water parks etc.) you can take a bus to Benidorm (45 min) or you can see the art and science museum in Valencia (1 hour away). if you're looking for night life there's discos and pubs nearby (10 min walk) or in Denia with a regular bus running up until 6am. If you want to do some shopping there's a shopping centre (15 min in the car or you can take a bus into Denia and transfer onto another one that will take you straight there).You can also get a ferry to Ibiza and Mallorca from denia's port.
