This Place Massena apartment presents a perfect opportunity for those seeking extra comfort and convenient access to all Nice has to offer. You can easily reach country areas such as Grasse, Antibes, and Valbonne as well as Cannes (30 minutes by train); Monaco (10 minutes by train or 20 minutes by bus). The train station is 2 minutes away on the tram and the bus station is under 200 yards away. There is lift access, separate dining area and American kitchen, bedrooms have en-suite shower/toilet facilities. The building is a classical 17th century Italian palazzo design and large windows provide plenty of sunlight. At your door, you have exclusive shopping as well as shops which satisfy your everyday requirements for food etc. On the corner of the building, you have palm tree lined parks facing the Promenade des Anglais beach. If you do not fancy the idea of living in the quaint but sometimes crowded Old Town, but be just across the square from it, then consider us.

This apartment has 2 Bedrooms with independent stairs and two en-suite bathrooms. Large modernized open style 2 bedroom loft apartment with glass, steel and wood flooring with vaulted ceiling and 17th century beams running the length of the apartment. Very high quality interior furnishings and two large windows with views onto the beautiful square of Place Massena and Mount Baron. There is lift access to this lovely 3rd floor apartment located in a total pedestrian zone. There is a quality fitted kitchen with kitchen accessories. The silent tram runs past your door and the airport bus stops 50 yards from your door. There is a wide screen TV with CNN English speaking programs. WiFi is available on prior request at an extra nominal fee of 25 euros. The building is a listed building and is part of the historic setting for Place Massena which is the main Nice square located only 40 yards from the Mediterranean and Promenade des Anglaise.

    Off peak charges do not i nclude cleaning, linen and towels for which the added charge is £75 otherwise these charges are inclusive for peak rate rental.

Just come and decide.
