This Place Massena apartment overlooks one of the best and most famous views in Nice. Place Massena is the absolute centre of Nice and is 45 yards from the beach lined with fountains and park area. Just behind you in the Old Town of Nice and ahead of you are the famous ornamental fountains and red arch-way buildings of Place Massena. You step out into all that Nice has to offer. The building/apartment is quiet, but you see all the activity of the pedestrians and silent tram-way pass your 2nd floor window and balcony with views up to the Old Chateau and its waterfalls. There is a lift direct to the 2nd floor and the living room has high ceilings and is an 'L' shape wripping round to the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and cooking utensils. The dining table seats 4 and overlooks the square where at night the high-plinth male statues light up and change colour across the square. Balcony leads from bedroom

  • Air conditioning and a balcony allow you to choose artificial of natural cool air.
    A nominal refundable accidental damage security deposit is payable in the sum of £200.00. A approximate 30% deposit is paid to reserve the apartment and the remainder to be paid 6 weeks prior to your visit.
    Off peak charges do not i nclude cleaning, linen and towels for which the added charge is £75 otherwise these charges are inclusive for peak rate rental.
  • Entry/exit times are 10am/4pm. These times are flexible depending on whether there is a same-day changeover when we will require some time to prepare the apartment for the arrival of the next guests.
