BOSE soundock for IPOD's; Large screen TV in family room and cabled TV's in the Bedrooms with LOADS of channels. Free WiFi Internet access so you can browse from any where in the house and by the pool. PlayStation 2 with games and Disney dressing up clothes for all ages. Free use of baby equipment including cot, strollers, highchair and bottle steriliser. Free phone calls in the US and international to UK landlines. If that’s not enough, Sea World, Universal Studios and the water parks are a short drive away. Busch Gardens in Tampa is only 2 hours away on an easy route. If you have shoppers in your group, the outlet stores and huge shopping malls are close by. Then come home and soak in the hot tub...maybe with a glass or two of wine!

Silver Creek is surrounded by natural woodland with ponds and small lakes approx 1 mile off highway 27. You cannot see it from the road which renders it quiet with little traffic. There is wonderful bird-life to be seen here. A family of Sandhill Cranes wander freely around the estate. There are turtles in the ponds and even a local alligator. Fishing is available in the many lakes in the area. From Silver Creek, turn left onto Highway 27 and drive south a further mile, past the Walmart superstore and Winn Dixie and you come to the junction with the best known road in Orlando, the 192, which leads to Disney World a further eight minutes away. The 192 itself is crowded with smaller attractions and endless restaurants and shops. On the 27, there is a growing list of shops and places to eat, Cagan Crossing has a variety of smaller stores, food outlets and bars. including the Gator Bar. Golf courses, more than twenty all within thirty minutes drive.

  • Rates shown are per week - NOT per person. Which means regardless of whether just one person or up to twelve people (max plus infant) are sharing the villa, the rental price remains exactly the same - and all your local and resort taxes (currently 11%), arrival and departure cleaning, utilities, internet access, telephone calls (as described) are included!

    Internet access is free. Use your own laptop or sign for use of the villa laptop (no charge)

    Pool/Spa Heat if required is £80 per week. Spa heat only £40 per week.

    A deposit of £150 for each full week booked is required at time of booking. All deposits must be paid in full within 7 days. Full payment is expected 8 weeks prior to arrival and is non refundable.

    Security Deposit is required. This is currently £250 and can be held against your credit card by the property managers. Funds will only be drawn if there is damage or loss
  • My local managers are extremely friendly Brits and ensure that my home is cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. They are local and available should you need any assistance with the house during your stay. A house folder with all the information and contact telephone numbers you require will be there on arrival.

  • Five well decorated and comfortable bedrooms - Sleeps 10 in complete comfort with a sofa bed if required. It features two spacious en suite master bedrooms, plus three twin bedrooms. All have cabled TV's. All have ceiling fans. The Master bedroom overlooks the pool and features a King size bed, two bedside nightstand's and a large chest of drawers with a large mirror. A large walk in dressing room which will store your empty suitcases ready to take home full of goodies!! En suite Master bedroom 2 also features a king size bed, two bedside nightstand's and a large chest of drawers with large mirror. Three twin bedded rooms with chests of drawers and closet space. Two are themed for girls and boys. There is a child's travel cot available for use, which has a baby bassinet as well.

Games Room: There is a well equipped games room with a large pool table, table tennis, electronic darts board and a foosball table. Many a fun night to be had in there!

Pool and Spa: The pool has an integral spa and both can be heated (the spa can be heated separately). The pool and surrounding deck are screened at the sides by hedges and overlook a wooded conservation area at the back. You can therefore be assured complete privacy to enjoy the all day sunshine. There are loungers, swim floats and pool towels all to use freely. The pool and spa have underwater lighting so you can swim at night in safety or sit in the hot spa with a glass or two of wine. There is a lanai with an overhead fan that affords shade during the day. The pool can be screened off with a safety fence when not in use so you can be certain your children are safe and can't fall in.

Local Attractions and Shopping: All the major attractions are close by. WDW's The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island and Boardwalk. The water parks Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. Sea World, Discovery Cove, the new Seaworld water park, Universal Studios & Universal's Islands Of Adventure are also a short drive away. City Walk is a great place to eat and drink at any time of the day and has a great cinema complex. At night, there are several clubs where you can dance the night away. There is a huge 24hr Walmart superstore close to the villa (2 mins drive) and a Winn Dixie. Should you wish to walk, there are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Approximately 2 mins away on Highway 192, you'll also find a some smaller attractions, shops, supermarkets along with a large range of restaurants and diners such as Outback, CrackerBarrel, Olive Garden, Denny's, Golden Corral to name but a few.
