Villa located in a residential urbanization, 20 minutes from Palma, next to the sea and surrounded by pine trees, with a capacity of up to 8 people. It has a spacious garden with several terraces, porches, lawns, barbecue and a pool of 35 m2, garage, 4 spacious, comfortable and bright, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The area is very quiet, family and ideal for resting. Urbanization has a fitness center with paddle tracks, swimming pool and spa and a shopping center with banks, restaurants, shops, day care, pharmacy, laundry and other services. There is also a golf course with 18 holes to 5 minutes. The sea is 200 meters and the nearest beach 2 kilometers. There is a road cycling circuit. Distance from airport: 15 minutes.

Das Haus entspricht den Beschreibungen, ist sogar grösser, als wir es anhand der Fotos erwartet haben. Sympathische und kompetente Vertretung vor Ort: war für alle Fragen und Tipps sehr hilfsbereit. Garten- und Hausreinigungsservice sehr gut. Standort ideal für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel. Gemütliche, kleine Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch Teenager kommen auf ihre Kosten: Legendäre Arenal-Meilen sind nur ca. 10 Min. mit Auto (auch Busverbindungen vorhanden) entfernt. Etwas langer und steiler Weg zum Meer, dafür kleine Buchten mit sehr wenig Leuten. Auto/Mietauto sehr empfohlen. Ideal für 2 Familien.
