Additional information about rental rates

  • A payment of €55 for cleaning and laundry is required to be paid locally.

    There is also a security deposit of £150 required to cover any breakages. This is refundable within 14 days after apartment inspection after departure.
  • Welcome Pack can be arranged and are advised when arriving in the evening from airport. You will only be charged for the items bought at cost - no hidden costs, no gimmicks. Just convenience and service that you can expect from us.

    Transport from & to Airports can be arranged - the rate at the time of going to press is: 30 Euro each way - Murcia and 80 euro each way - Alicante.

    LONG TERM LETS/ GOLF LETS/LARGE PARTY LETS - ALL WELCOME - the rate at the time of going to press with a minimum of 1 month let - £130 per week including electricity
