The unit, is ideal for both long and short stays, on site amenities include newly refurbished gymnasium, fully equipped laundry room and an expansive garden with lush tropical foliage and a private pool. The beach can be accessed via a small pedestrian footbridge just outside the building with just a 5 minute walk. The New Ganservort, W Resort, and The Setai are all within a 250 metre radius. Ocean Drive is just a 20 minute walk and the numerous restaurants of Lincoln Road can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. Great week in Miami

Just back from Miami, the apartment was excellent. Taxi from airport was only $32 for 5 adults. We rented 3 apartments from Simon, and all were very well equiped. We phoned Simon's agent when we got to the apartment, she was there within 10 minutes. The gardens and pool were beautiful, very well kept. Few minutes walk to the beach, and about 10 minute walk to nearest bar/restaurant. There are hundreds of places to eat in South Beach, we tried any many as possible in one week. We hired a car and went to Key Largo for a diving/snorkeling trip, Key Biscayne and the Everglades. We celebrated a 50th birthday while we were there, and had a lovely meal at Smith and Wollensky Restaurant.

From Paris, I use to travel all around the world, But Miami is my first time.

With my friends, we were looking for :
* Good & attractif situation
* A proper appartement equipped
* To be very safe for girls (day & night)
* Near center of South Beach (Ocean Drive), the Beach, Nites Clubs, Markets (less than 10 minutes in walk)

He have found everythings in this appartement, more over, the neighbourgs are very friendly and helpfull and the Owner, is just excellent !

Simon the owner is very attentionned and wants to be sure that everything is Ok

For us, it's our best holidays.

Do not hesitate if you want to be sure to spend good holidays without stress and disappointments
