Surrounded by a private garden, olive grove, vineyard and wood for a total of 40 hectares this beautiful and peaceful property, one of the most prestigious overlooking Camaiore is for customers that want the essential for a simple and 'easy' holiday away from it all. Camaiore is one of those areas of Italy that still has to be discovered by tourism. The house 'La Fattoria' is part of La Polletta hamlet estate (other rental units can be seen on Holiday-Rentals properties numbers 82292, 409755 and 409750) and develops on three storeys. Well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms. The town of Camaiore is downhill 10 minutes walking distance.

Camaiore is a quiet and lazy old town of roman origin at the foots of the appenines and marble mountains. Twenty minutes away from the fashionable beaches of la Versilia. Many tourist attractions nearby: Pisa, Lucca, not far from Florence (60 minutes car drive), Pietrasanta, Portovenere and Lerici. A prefered spot by artists, writers and film directors as still unspoilt by mass tourism. Off the beaten track Tuscany, Camaiore adds to it's mediaeval churches, roman remains, the proximity to important historic towns such as Lucca, Pietrasanta or Pisa, the vicinity to the sea. For a perfect and relaxing holiday. Many good restaurants in the area offer the visitor a taste of local Tuscan recipies and good wines.

Sehr grosszuegige Ferienwohnung mit riesigen Zimmern und viel Platz. Kueche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr und Zubehoer (hatte noch nie soviel Matierial in einer Kueche einer Ferienwohnung).
Grosse Terasse, wir konnten sogar im Oktober fast immer im Freien sein.
Einziger Nachteil: Die ganze Wohnung erscheint etwas altmodisch (Einrichtung, Bauweise) und alle Zimmer befinden sich auf einer eigenen Etage.
Super Lage, ruhig gelegen, etwas oberhalb von Camaiore mit schoenem Ausblick ueber Camaiore und Richtung Meer, nur die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich (schmale Strassen). Idealer Ausgangspunkt fuer Wanderungen in den nahen Bergen oder auch fuer einen Badeaufenthalt.
Nette Vermieter und "Hausherrin", sehr entgegenkommend und liefern schon vor den Ferien sehr viel nuetzliche Informationen zum Aufenthalt (Geschaefte, Restaurants, Ausflugstipps etc.).
Alles in allem: wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.
