Photos and Description of this Pula - Medulin area holiday apartment Surrounded by natural countryside & only a short drive to the sea

Stay in a ground floor apartment on a working farm, with the friendliest friends we have. They look after cows, pigs, turkeys, rabbits and chickens and have land for grapes and all manner of foodstuff. These people really will look after you, providing fresh, organic milk, cheese, meats, vegetables, bread and wine plus of course the famous Rakia. The apartment comprises 2 double bedrooms with great wardrobe space, a separate, private bathroom and a large open plan living-dining area with optional sofabed, a TV and DVD, large dining table and a spacious kitchen, Patio doors lead out onto a large terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining & relaxing. There is a large safe garden area and ample parking. The owner, Nevenko, his father and Nigel have been landscaping the large front garden with a large terrace, fountain and plenty of room for the kids to play. Now it is a delight just to sit outside, eating and drinking and listening to Nevenko playing his accordion

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a 15% deposit to secure the booking, payable either by Bank Transfer or Credit card, with the balance payable on arrival either by Credit Card or in Cash.
    The invoiced amount must be in Kuna (the local currency). If payment is made in Euros or British pounds, the exchange rate will be the Hypo Alpe Adria Bank midrate as quoted on the day of receipt (less any commission charged)
  • Prices include PDV (VAT) but Local Tourist taxes and Registration are additional items and will be shown separately on the invoice.
    Local Tourist taxes range from 2 kuna (approx 27 cents) to 4 kunas (approx 55 cents) per adult per night depending on the season. Children under 12 years old pay no taxes, Children between 12 and 18 years old pay half rate taxes.
    The One-off Registration fee is 30 kuna (approx 4 euros) per person

Notes: The hot water is heated by a big wood burning stove which they keep going for plenty of hot water and the apartment even has quality central heating, so if you are looking for a holiday out of the usual summer season, then this large, open and spacious place is the property for you. You cannot fail to fall in love with the environment and the local walks are peaceful, beautiful and, again, depending on season of course, incredibly colourful. If you are bringing some children then beware - they may not want to go home with you. Martina and Nevena, the ever helpful and always working daughters are 18 and 17 years respectively and little Marko, who loves to play and show people round the farm, is 10 These children make your holiday special as it should be!
