This apartment is spacious and light, affording comfortable accommodation for 6 people, overlooking the beautiful resort town of Morzine in the French Alps. Located on the first floor of the property, which benefits from a lift, the apartment has 2 large bedrooms, a seperate bathroom and WC, and a large, open-plan Lounge/Kitchen-Diner, which opens onto a spacious, wraparound balcony with magnificent views of the town and valley. The building itself is located at the foot of the Route D'Avoriaz, affording easy access to Morzine and Avoriaz, via the local bus service (a short walk from the apartment) or the nearby Super Morzine bubble lift, just a 10-minute walk away. Visitors can benefit from a private Ski Locker, Cave, and Garage, which can be used for bike storage during the summer months. A big summer draw is also the sizable private Swimming Pool, shared between the few apartments in the Residence, surrounded by ample lawn, for relaxing in the Alpine sun!
