This large country house is approached by a 90m long private drive. There are restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance The beaches and all amenities of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente along with the old town of Pollensa and Pollensa Golf Course are all just a few minutes drive away. The accommodation is on two levels and comprises, on the ground floor, of a lounge / dining room with a large fitted kitchen off. On this level there is also a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor where there is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. Air conditioning is available in the main living room (extra cost). Double doors from the living room give access to a large shaded terrace, equipped with patio furniture. There is a Brick Built BBQ to make the most of an “Alfresco” dining experience. The 9m x 5m swimming pool is fenced off to give extra safety for children.

From the scenic point of view, Pollensa is full of contrasts, and a quite big part of the so-called “Sierra de Tramontana” with its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea mixes with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees, is situated within its municipality. Here, the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are a lot of art galleries and beautiful handcraft shops. During nearly all the year one con enjoy a variety of musical events, among which the most famous ones are those that take place in the Santo Domingo Cloister.
