An ideal family holiday home sleeping six but no pets. An ideal getaway location for a romantic break celebrating a honeymoon or wedding anniversary This ideal location is ideal for walkers and cycling and offers an opportunity to discover the mountain walks of the Castalla Foia and surrounding areas with the towns of Ibi and Tibi close by. With in excess of 300 days of sunshine a year in the Costa Blanca, the town of Castalla is a secret gem. The visitor will discover a beautiful and charming hilltop castle overlooking the historic Spanish town. The town's history can be traced back to the time of the Moors and Christians and also boasts the scene of a major battle between the Spanish and the French. These and other events including a bull run through the town are annually celebrated through the many fiesta's every year. Castalla also boasts a weekly market in the town square on every Tuesday and Saturday morning, ideal for gifts, clothing and fresh produce. The area offers much to do and see with the famous mountain town of Guadalest as a must and the night life of Benidorm less than an hour away. Castalla is a short 30 minute drive from Alicante airport and is equally close to the beaches at Santa Pola,San Juan and El Campello. The Costa Blanca area boasts over 25 golf courses, with a number just a short drive away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non-returnable deposit is in order to secure the booking. Please note. We accept deposit and final payment in GB Sterling only.
    A security deposit of £150 will be payable along with the outstanding balance six weeks prior to holiday commencement refundable by transfer within 2 weeks of the departure date.. The security deposit will be returned once the property has been checked for any damage,breakage or misuse.
    A one off local management charge of €75 is to be paid locally on arrival includes meet and greet service at the villa, towels, bed linen, cleaning , emergency support and handover of keys. Optional weekly bed linen laundered at €15 per person again paid locally.
    An additional charge will be payable for welcome packs, bicycles and any other special requests. Gas and Electric surcharge applies during winter months
  • Guests are asked to vacate the villa at 10am on the day of departure. New guests can arrive any time after 4 pm or by prior arrangement.
    Airport transfers, food packs and cots for toddlers are all available at extra cost.
    *Discount for longer-term winter lets (Price on Application) and all heating costs are included in the rental charge.
    Bathroom and Beach towels are provided.
  • Please note this property has a maximum occupancy of six persons.In the unlikely event of this number being exceeded,then either a pro rate charge will be made or the extra person (people) or they may be asked to leave the property immediately. This decision is entirely at the owner’s discretion.
    SAFETY We cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever or howsoever caused, for injury or damage to any person or property as a result of use of the villa, gardens, surrounding areas or pools. Guests are specifically requested not to allow children to use the pool unsupervised

The villa is very well equipped. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in spain.
The pool, the view, the quiet location, so relaxing could not be better!
And if you like to go out you reach the sights, the beach or towns in a short time.

Amazing!!

Our stay at Casa Jelley could not have been any better, the view, the pool, the peace, everything you need in one place.

We have 2 children so some extra items were needed for the week (cot etc) and this was all taken care of by Steve.
The bar is 2 mins down the hill if you fancy going out with very friendly locals. (good idea to learn some basic spanish!)
The beach is about a 30min drive and not too hard to get to at all.
If you need to get out of the sun for a while have the pool side gazebo or nip inside and watch a DVD. As I said everything you need is at this Villa!

We will be going back again to Casa Jelley.

We had our first stay in Castalla, Alicante - what a superb holiday - peace and luxury. The villa was well equipped - everything you needed it was there! The Location was very quiet - views out of this world, so if you are looking for a relaxing holiday to soak up the sun - Casa Jelley is for you!!!!-we hope to be back soon. Thankyou

If you are looking for that holiday with a difference in a beautiful, relaxing and private location then Casa Jelley is the holiday villa for you. Well equipped, it is our second home, with additional services such as airport collections, advice on where to eat, welcome shopping baskets as requested and much more at your finger tips, just ask. All you could want with a good size private pool and a choice of sun terraces ensures that golden tan. Bookings now available for 2010.

What a villa! We had a really great time. Excellent facilities from the pool to the kichen to the lounge- you will want for nothing at this villa - except another week there.

Owner's Response: We have tried to make our villa at Castalla just like our own home back in the UK. We are keen that our guests enjoy the accomodation and the internal furnishings just as much as they enjoy the sun terraces and the private pool. This is somewhere where you can come to relax, take in the sun, swim and forget about the world for a few days.
