The accommodation is on two levels and comprises on the ground floor of an entrance hallway. To the left is a marble staircase leading to the first floor where there is a sitting room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Patio doors from the sitting room and bedroom lead to a communal balcony. On the ground floor from the hallway there is a passage around the terrarium that gives access to a shower room, a laundry room and the breakfast kitchen. Double doors from the kitchen lead to a large living room that benefits from high quality leather sofas and magnificent furniture. From this room there are double patio doors to covered terrace on the front of the house. A second comfortable lounge. This room also has patio doors to the front terrace. The hallway also gives access to a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the ground floor there are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Port de Pollensa is famous since many years for its outstanding beauty and its scenic variety, being the deepest and most closed bay of Mallorca. In this bay you’ll find enclaves as exclusive as Formentor. Pollença has the best climate for nature lovers, for playing golf, nautical sports and excursions . The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”.

What can I say! this villa exceeded all my expectations. This is our fourth visit to Puerto Pollenca and we have stayed in appartments and villas but the pictures did not do this villa justice. My party was 7 adults and 2 children and we all had our own space. The outside area and the furniture provided was more than ample. The beach is a short walk and the town centre a good walk some would say but only 5 euros in a taxi if the legs give out. We arrived after 10 in the evening and the alarms went off but we had assistance within 15 mins and still had time for a drink at the corner bar before bed. There is a seperate sitting room for the kids to watch their dvds and electric gates so no worry about the kids running on the road and the area is very quiet. Just one thing, take care on the floors, as in most places abroad the floors are tiled and very slippy when wet.The pool area is not gated but with so many adults to watch our children we did not find this too much of a worry. The furniture is comfy and the beds were good with plenty of wardrobe space and good sized bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Everything was very clean and on Thursday (we were only staying a week) the maids came in to change covers and clean bathrooms. There are three steps up into the property, I say this because i normally travel with a wheelchair user and notice theese things. Inside four bedroom and three bathrooms are on one level and a bedroom and bathroom upstair. The fifth bathroom is for when you come out of the pool. What more can I say but we all had a great time and would definatly book again. I hope you everyone has the same enjoyment as my family
