Second floor: 3 bedrooms: 1 kingsize bed, 1 single bed, 1 set of bunk bed and 1 queen size bed. 2 badrooms (1 en suite). Ample parking in front of the house. The house lies on a slight rise in a redidential area in Las Palermas with marvelous views to the bay of Palma. The secluded beach is only 2 min. away by car. Palma Beach, the Yacht Club, Golf Course and Shoppingc Center are all within 5 minutes drive. Palma itself is 15 min. away. There is a market each Thuesday in the village of Arenal and in Palma every Saturday. Costs: Bed clothes, towels (not beach towels), electricity and water are included
