Standing in a secluded 2000 m2 hill top location, villa Marola is fully equipped for 8 people to relax in total privacy. The villa & the private pool are very private & ideal for a family seeking peace & tranquillity. The villa comprises of hall, dining area and lounge with covered terrace, kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (one en-suite), 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Also a superb main terrace with pool and large covered barbecue area with summer kitchen. Fantastic sea views from 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and barbecue area. Very attractive Scandinavian high quality furnishings all over and exclusive Scandinavian Jensen beds in all bedrooms for maximum comfort. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The property has central heating and a fireplace for the winter days. The villa is equipped with satellite TV system and DVD.

Cancellation refunds of balance: 8-10 weeks 50% refunded; 4-7 weeks 25% refunded; less than 4 weeks, no refund.

We booked two weeks vacation in what looks like a lovely villa (Marola) with our three children for our annual trip.

The villa is broadly as the pictures show but is in drastic need of maintenance and a thorough clean.

The essential equipment was dirty and very old i.e. cooker, fridge, main bathroom and it was obvious the pool hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival.

Apart from one canopy, there were no umbrellas for shade during the day which with children is too difficult.

The minor inconvenience of no hairdryer, quantities of glasses or fans added to our overall irritation of what is not a cheap rental.

Overall very disappointing and would never re-book having rented similar sized villas in the area many times before.
