Terrace for evening drinks and dinners under the stars, garden, private parking. Ideal for relaxing holidays in typical Tuscany. Surrounded by a private garden, olive grove, vineyard and wood for a total of 40 hectares this beautiful and peaceful property, one of the most prestigious overlooking Camaiore is for customers that want the essential for a simple and 'easy' holiday away from it all. Camaiore and it's surroundings are part of Italy that still have to be discovered by tourism. The house 'The Barn' is part of La Polletta hamlet estate (other rental units to be seen on Holiday-Rentals properties numbers 82292, 409715 and 409750), and develops on two storeys. On ground floor the terrace, main entrance living room with dining and cooking areas. On second floor, bedroom and bathroom.

Camaiore is a quiet and lazy old town of roman origin at the foots of the Apennines and marble mountains. Twenty minutes away from the fashionable beaches and shopping centers of Forte de Marmi and Viareggio. Many tourist attractions nearby: Pisa, Lucca, not far from Florence (60 minutes car drive), Pietrasanta, Portovenere and Lerici. A preferred spot by artists, writers and film directors, as still unspoilt by mass tourism. Off the beaten track Tuscany, Camaiore adds to it's mediaeval churches, roman remains, proximity to important historic towns such as Lucca, Pietrasanta or Pisa, the vicinity to the sea. For a perfect and relaxing holiday. Many good restaurants in the area offer the visitor a taste of local Tuscan recipies and good wines. Exellent local food shops provide the traveller with the best of italian groceries, wines and vegetables.

Very nice Tuscan original

This typical Tuscan house is an ideal place for a two-person holiday. Short distances to the beach, the hills and the infrastructure (supermarket, shops and restaurants). Loacated halfway up a hill and within a great landscape, the place itself is cared for with much love and effort.
The interior is basic and sufficient. Don't expect any high tech or working air conditions but you won't miss it. If you're looking for a neat and silent place to relax and a home base for city trips to Lucca, Florence or Pisa: this is exactly what you want.
