This 'oyster' bungalow is positioned just minutes from the beech-front, of one of the south coasts 'sunshine resorts' mainly used by locals. Within a five minute drive of extensive facilities offered at Eastbourne, including a full range of shops and cinemas, numerous restaurants and traditional pubs. The leisure interests include bowling, swimming and for the Golfer there is a super 18 hole links course at Cooden Beech (2 miles). Known as the 'sunshine coast' and with a true mix of cultures which can be found in the City of Brighton which is within a short drive. By train London can be reached in just over an hour from Eastbourne. The climate on the coast is known as being constantly warmer than any other part of England.

Further details outdoors: To the front of the house there is parking for three cars, the rear garden is level and laid to lawn with patio furniture and bar-b-q for dining outdoors. The garden is very secluded and safe for young children as is the front as the house is in a very small cul-de-sac.
