The apartment is located in a villa with garden around. It is composed of: sitting room with furnished kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, a little bathroom, a little garden furnished with table and chairs. It is near the old town (15/20 minutes on foot) and all the comforts: supermarket (1 minute on foot), restaurant (5 minutes on foot), bus stop, that takes you to the beach in 5 minutes (1 minute n foot).

Alghero is one of those places that the Italians have been happy to keep to themselves. Tucked away on the north-western coast of the island of Sardinia, this fishing port remains unspoilt and mostly devoid of the package holiday crowds. One look at the medieval old town with its mighty stone wall and seven surrounding watchtowers, and you’ll likely be keeping quiet about where you went on your holidays too. There are a lot of beautiful beaches (Bombarbe, Lazzaretto, Speranza...). The Airport of Fertilia connects Alghero with several towns in Europe: Girona, Bremen, Dublin, Dusseldorf. Weeze, East-Midland, Frankufurt-Hahn, Liverpool, London Standsted, Milan-Bergamo, Pisa-Florence, Stcokhol S. Stavska (low cost flights of Ryanair). Alghero is also connected to a lot of towns in Italy: Rome, Milan, Bologna, Pisa, Torino, Venice... The harbour of Porto Torres (40 minutes by car) connects to France, Spain and several towns in Italy The railway is only 10 minutes from the centre.

Ich war im Juli 2008 für 10 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Die absolute Katastrophe.Lose Fliesen am Boden, das Badezimmer nur ekelig, der Garten struppig und verwahrlost, die Terrasse bestand aus lose verlegten Betonplatten auf dem nackten Erdboden!Halsbrecherisch

Waren über Ostern da. Gardinen waren schmutzig und angerissen. Im Bad Farbreste auf Toilettenbrille und im Waschbecken. Wohnung ist dunkel. Die Vermieter sind über einem besonders durch den Fliesenfußboden zu hören. Im kleinen Garten Hundehaufen durch den Hund, der of bellt und nicht immer angebunden ist - nichts für Ängstliche. Zur Stadt sind es nicht 10 Minuten, sondern 25 Minuten zu laufen! Die Matrazen sind steinhart. Für ein paar Tage o.k., aber für einen längeren Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen.

Hellhörig mit zu Recht nicht abgebildetem Bad

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, allerdings nicht sehr gepflegt. Schränke in den Schlafzimmern eher Provisorium. Das Bad ist eine wirkliche Katastrophe: Schimmel in den Ecken, ein festgeschraubter Duschknopf, unsaubere Ablageflächen und bei unserem Aufenthalt ein kleines, zerbrochenes Fenster zum Hof. Die Vermieter waren freundlich. Die Wohnung ist allerdings sehr hellhörig, die Familie wohnt darüber und beim Mittagsschlaf unseres Sohnes wurden Stühle gerückt, geputzt usw, was man durch die dünnen Decken extrem hörte. Schön war ein Sitzplatz im Garten und Hof. Positiv war auch die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum (3 - 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, 20 - 30 Minuten zu Fuß). In der Nähe gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei.
