Top floor apartment, front & rear balconies plus lift. Situated in Tavira Old Town it is only an 8 minute walk to the riverside heart of Tavira. The apt enjoys a wonderful large roof terrace (30 m2) with old town & sea views. Close to 5 beautiful local golf courses, several local beaches, nearest local shop 2 minutes, 10 min walk to supermarket, train station, bus station. Secure private underground parking. Modern, light, airy and comfortable. It really is home from home having a wide range of conveniences including satellite TV, DVD player, ipod docking station, dishwasher, washing machine, air con, CD player, sun loungers, parasol, tables, chairs and a BBQ. Large, spacious living dining room (25 m2), air-con, two three seater settees (one serving as a double bed), access to front balcony; includes dining room table & chairs, gas fire. A short walk takes you to the roman bridge at the Tavira riverside where you will find an abundance of shops and wonderful restaurants. Hop on the tourist train or take a horse and carriage ride, both of which will take you on a tour of Tavira. Tavira is steeped in history with the remains of the Moorish castle is located just over 0.5km (about 550 yards) away from our apartment. Alternatively, next to the river, sit at one of the cafes in the main square in the sunshine and just watch the world go by. The main square also has a mini outdoor amphitheatre which has entertainment during the summer months. For the golf lovers there are is a very healthy choice of courses to be played, 5 courses which range from 5 to 15 minute short drives. Tavira beach is accessible by a small ferry boat or there are a number of wonderful beaches ranging from a 5-15 minute drive. Visit the amazing daily market which sells fresh fish, meat and local produce.

    *Prices include final cleaning charge, linen and towels. Linen and towels are changed once per week.
    *A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. A receipt will be issued upon receipt of cleared funds/monies.
    *The 50% balance is fully payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A receipt will be issued upon receipt of cleared funds/monies.
    *A deposit of £150 is payable 2 weeks prior to your arrival. The apartment will be checked by our representatives following your departure. Where there has been no damage suffered to the apartment your money will be returned to you up to 10 days after your departure date.
  • *The apartment will be available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. Wherever possible we will be flexible with these times however please note it is subject to both prior and future visitors.
