This detached house is located in open countryside. The popular beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente along with the old town of Pollensa and Pollensa's Golf course are all just a few minutes drive away. It is constructed on two levels; on the ground floor of a entrance terrace having access to the dining room and utility room. On this level there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a separate kitchen. There is also a walk-in pantry off. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. In addition there is a living room with double doors to the first floor balcony and a second kitchen. Double doors lead to a full length shaded dining terrace, with seating and a brick built Barbecue to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. Colourful mature gardens, surround the open sun terrace and the large 10m x 6m swimming pool.
