This fabulous four bedroom, three bathroom villa is ideally located on the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club with stunning views over looking the third tee. Situated in a quiet Cul-de-Sac, it has its own private, south facing swimming pool, a garage, a fully equiped kitchen and utility room offering all that is required for a self catering holiday. The Lounge has a flat screened (cable) TV with surround sound and IPOD docking station along with a PS2 and DVD player. Sunny Florida is the prefect place for a self catering holiday all year round due to its climate and Disney attractions. Our villa is in a lovely, well maintained golf resort with ample of facilities including Tennis courts, Gym and community swimming pools and of course the 18 hole Golf course, Pro Golf Shop, Restaurant/Clubhouse Bar and is a gated community. There are also plenty of local amenities, a Wal-Mart just outside the main gate, a bank, McDonalds, Blockbusters and several restaurants.

Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is situated approximately 15 - 20 minutes South of Disney on Highway 27, and within a 45 minute drive to all the major Orlando attractions, including Universal Studios and Sea World. Kennedy Space Centre is located on the East coast and on the West Coast, Busch Gardens theme park, which are easily reached in about 1 hours driving time. The Villa is near to the action but far enough away to offer some peace and tranquillity. Southern Dunes is situated within easy reach of at least a further 10 top pay and play golf courses. International Drive offers a wide choice of entertainment, Museums, such as Ripley's Believe it or Not and Crazy golf, and a varied range of Restaurants.

Additional information about rental rates

  • We reserve the right to increase or decrease accommodation prices at any time, we will confirm to you the current price at the time of booking. As soon as you have confirmed your booking and paid your deposit or full payment, the cost of the rental is guaranteed against any further increase. This guarantee is offered subject to our terms and conditions and payment being adhered to and providing you do not make further amendments to your holiday arrangements.. Bookings are valid after:
    1 The booking form has been completed and signed and received by the Owner and
    2 The appropriate deposit has been paid and
    3 The booking has been confirmed in writing by the Owner/Holiday Rentals to the Guest.
    A security deposit of £150 ($250) in the form of a separate cheque will be required when you make your final payment, 8 weeks before your departure. It will be returned, uncashed to you 28 days after you vacate the villa following confirmation from management that there has been no damage).
  • Allocation is upon availability. At least one adult should be aged 21 or over, named on the booking form and staying at the villa. The guests must agree to abide by the community rules and local legislation.
    1. Bookings can be reserved with a £100.00 per week non-refundable
    deposit.

    2. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure date.

    3. Cancellations within the 8 weeks are fully chargeable.

    4. Payments are accepted by Cheque/Postal Order made payable to Mr. L. Turner or by Bank transfer using internet banking or by Credit Card via Paypal (fee applies) see FAQ’s for details.

    5. Check in Time 4pm onwards. Check out time before 10am.

    6. Pool heating facilities are charged at £10.00 per day booked in advance.
    (recommended for Nov-Mar)

    Stays of less than 5 nights will incur a £70 cleaning surcharge.
  • Your holiday home rental includes accommodation as booked, including services e.g. electricity and water (excluding pool heating unless otherwise stated).
    NOT included in our rental price: a) Flights b) Car Hire c) Holiday Insurance d) Pool Heating.

There is a travel cot available (please note there is NO bedding for the cot - please bring your own).

The lounge and Master bedroom both have ceiling fans for added comfort. The Master bedroom has a flat screened television, DVD player and alarm clock radio. The Double bedroom located on the lower floor has a television, alarm clock radio and access to the pool area. The spider-man twin bedroom have IPOD player (or any device that uses headphones) speaker cushions. Self-catering could not be easier as you will find a cooker, an oven/Grill, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, smoothie maker, juicer, blender and cookware. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. There is a hair dryer. We also provide towels and bed linen.

Theme Parks: All the Disney Parks are within a 20 minute drive from Southern Dunes. Downtown Disney is a picturesque shoppings area with a Boating Lake, a Multi Screen Cinema, Bars & Restaurants including Disney's Rainforest Cafe and so much more. For night time entertainment there is Disneys Pleasure Island, an entrance fee is required for access into an array of clubs and bars. The Universal Studios theme Parks are a further 5-10 minutes away. City walk also has everything for your night-time entertainment. Tampa’s Busch Gardens is about an hour’s drive, but if you are looking for a quieter park, Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven has great rides for children, about 15 minutes from Haines City.

Shopping/Restaurants: Wal-Mart, Publix and Winn Dixie are within a 2 minutes drive for all your grocery needs. Eagle Ridge Mall on US 27 is 10 minutes away - here you will find Sears, Dillard’s, Toys 'r' Us etc. The Orlando Premium Outlets are situated just off I4, and you will find all the big names like Levi’s, Reebok and Adidas, at outlet prices. Others such as Florida Mall and Lake Buena Vista outlets are also worth a visit. There are good family places to eat right throughout the area - a very popular local spot is Manny's Chophouse which is just down the road from Southern Dunes (booking strongly recommended). The Olive Garden is a popular pasta house and Sony BBQ pit has some very tasty dishes. There are a variety of restaurants to meet everybody's taste, so you won't need to self-cater if you don't want to!

Fantastic situation with a lovely view. Catches sun all day long. The pool was warm enough without pool heat and had plenty of pool toys provided. The house was well equiped especially with towels, bedding, kitchen equipment. It as been well looked after and decor clean. the living room area was lovely and comfortable to come back to after a day at the parks. It is certainly the best equipped that we have been to and we haved visited Florida for the last 7 years. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We are just wrapping up a 10 day stay at the house. The house is everything we were promised and more. It was very clean and very well stocked. We decided we wanted pool heat and it was turned on within several hours of leaving a message with the management company. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to come back in December for two weeks. We love Southern Dunes!
