A very characteristic romantic old house in the historical center of Alghero. One front is on seaside and you can look at open sea and Capo Caccia and also have a look on the wonderful walking Muraglia. The owner has renovated every apartment in 2008 respecting the original character of this house with a touch of design. Well lighted apartment, for a couple or a family or a group of friends. A dining-living area with well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, TV, washing machine in bathroom, air conditioning in every room which will give hot on winter.Bathroom are very special and comfortable. Linen & towels supplied. Rates are considered without electricity, you will pay just what you use. These apartments are is in the heart of the historical heart of Alghero, a place interlaced of architecture, nature, history & languages...a discover that never ends.

This apartment is situated on the most wonderful sights of Alghero, you look at Capo Caccia and open sea. Windows open on the splendid walk that covers the water front surrounding the ancient wall and joining the port. You also are in the heart of the historical town of Alghero, a place interlaced of architecture, nature, history and languages... a discover that never ends. Living Room with open kitchen corner. Air conditioning and heating in every room. Washing machine, dish machine, TV. The apartment is fantastic for 2 people, possible 3 people, for a sofa in living room. Very pleasant. The apartment was renovated in 2008. The owner has respected the original character of this building. Linen & towels supplied. Rates do not include electricity, you will pay exactly what you use, you find a counter. You have two windows on the sea, also the double bedroom open on seaside.

This apartment was great! It was clean and more than spacious enough for two people and thankfully has A/C. It has beautiful views of the sea, from both the kitchen/living room window and the bedroom, which the owner has not emphasised enough. It is in a perfect location in the centre of the historic town of Alghero - and really is in the heart of Alghero life! Giovanni met us when we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay. We hired a car for our trip, and although we couldn't park by the flat, there is a free car park 10-15minutes walk away. You could always hire a Vespa or something similar which you can park on the street. Overall we were very impressed with our stay and would come here again.

We had a wonderful holiday in Alghero in this very nice apartment right by the sea with the most fabulous view . The apartment had everything you needed and the owner was so nice and service minded. We will so much recommend this apartment and we would like to come back one day.
