Detached Villa located in Quesdada Village area, Private quiet location and not overlooked. There are 3 bedrooms, (1 Double bedroom , 1 Twin bedroom plus 1 Triple bedroom) family bathroom with shower. Lounge with dining area, kitchen with main appliances, outside is a shaded Terrace with seasting a Private swimming Pool with in built seating area. Further seating and sunbathing areas around the pool plus a BBQ . Located outside beside the pool is an additional hot shower. The villa is fully furnished, There is part Air conditioning plus ceiling fans for keeping cool in the summer months. TV with Scandinavian satellite (including several English speaking channels). DVD Player and Music system. The villa will sleep up to 7 persons. We recommend a car for easy access to local restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, etc although you can walk to these (approx 15 minute walk) the nearest beach is a 10 minute drive

Quesada Is located approx 45 Minute drive from Alicante airport and 35 Minute drive from Murcia Airport. Quesada is situated 5km inland from the coast.. Closest beaches (Gaudamar) are a 10 min drive and offer beautiful blue flag sandy beaches, with a variety of water sports, pine forests and sand dunes Quesada village (3 min drive) is very established and family orientated and offers a large choice of quality restaurants, bars with entertainment, cafes, shops, supermarkets, etc plus has its own large water park (4 min drive - open June to September) with several slides, water shoots and children’s pools. For golf fans the villa is located just down the road (3 minute drive) from Quesada’s own golf course 'La Marquesa'. Torreveija Town centre is a 15 minute drive.
