Set within a 2,500m² lawned south facing garden planted with palm trees, the villa is fronted by a panoramic sun terrace with lovely views over the surrounding parkland. Wide steps lead down to the pool area and to a beautiful 12x6 metre swimming pool. The Parc de Mougins is a private residential park with guardian and security situated near the Cote d'Azur village of Mougins renowned for its many gastronomic restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries. It’s just 15 minutes to Cannes and the coast and half an hour from Nice airport.

Immediately to the east, is the 427 hectare National Parc de La Valmasque and Lake Fontemerle.
