Right in the Old Town of Antibes near the Safranier is this lovely large recently renovated 3-bedroom apt. The apt is on the 1st floor and has modern kitchen & bathroom facilities but retains wonderful French character throughout. The apt has high ceilings, terracotta-tiled floors and marble floors to the entrance and is further enhanced by French provincial furnishings. French doors lead from the main living area to a long balcony. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, a single bed on a mezzanine level & an ensuite and the 3rd bedroom is currently set up as a 2nd living room with a high quality sofa bed and LCD TV and also has doors leading onto the balcony. There is a guest toilet separate to the rooms. The main room contains an open plan kitchen, living & dining room & includes a large LCD TV, DVD, wifi & satellite & well equipped kitchen with d/washer & w/machine.

  • Rental rates includes all linen, towels, power, internet etc. Our 'Key Lady' Valerie greets you on arrival, introduces you to the property and acts as the first point of call should you have any queries.
    Rent is payable 50% on reservation and the balance within 6 weeks of your stay.
    In addition to the rent is a bond of 500 euros payable on arrival and refunded on departure and final cleaning and laundry fees of 100 euros per stay.

The French Riviera: This part of France is incredibly beautiful and alive with so many activities and sports. Antibes stays open all year round and is an active deep water port that is home to many super yachts. The town is centuries old and has some wonderful history including the historic Fort Carre and the world-renowned Picasso museum. The apartment is in a quiet part of the Old Town near cobble stone streets but is a very short walk to the beach and the local patisseries, bars, restaurants, markets and shops. There is no need for a car as everything is within walking distance and you can catch the train to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and into Italy.

Fantastic property in a great location

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this top quality property. You could tell the owners took great pride in renovating to such a high standard. The central location in the heart of town was perfect to walk to the numerious french bakeries in the morning or the local supermarket, the beach, restaurants, shops etc. The property was very quiet, which is important to me so I had no problems sleeping at night & it was also a very comfortable bed. I particulary loved the amazing kitchen and open plan living area. We cooked many meals and enjoyed sitting around the large granite benchtop in the kitchen/living area. Very social place to stay yet also private by having the luxury of your own bathroom (with an amazing shower). It felt like we lived in the town rather than just being a tourist. We are already planning when we can return. I would without doubt recommend this property as a great place to stay.

Hi, the apartment is very central and easy walk to all town amenities and beach. The apartment is immaculate and lots of natural light. We were 5 adults and it was very comfortable staying here, very modern facilities an plenty of room for all of us. I would highly recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday away.
