A three bedroom waterfront villa with private pool located in Jolly Harbour, Antigua. Furnished to a very high standard, with twice weekly maid service, air conditioning throughout, a large deck and 20ft pool, built out over the water. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen, stereo CD/radio system, Cable TV/VHS/DVD, wireless broadband, telephone, hairdryer and even an iron. Harbour Lights is only a 20 minute drive from the airport and comes complete with airport pick up and drop off, if required. The capital St. Johns and the world famous English Harbour are also within easy reach. Jolly Beach, a gorgeous long stretch of white sand with clear warm seas, wonderful views and a great beach bar/restaurant is a 10 minute buggy drive. The heart of Jolly Harbour has a number of shops, a superb supermarket, bank, car and buggy hire, pharmacy and the magnificent Grand Princess Casino situated alongside the stunning marina.

Within and around Jolly Harbour there are plenty of activities to keep children of all ages occupied. Older children especially will enjoy the freedom of such a safe environment. There is cycling, sailing, swimming, cricket, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, helicopter trips, car hire, buggy hire, diving, fishing and golf all available just a short distance from the villa. St. John's, the capital of Antigua is a bustling city with an impressive Anglican cathedral. Shirley Heights provides breath-taking views overlooking English Harbour. Antiguan pottery is still being made in the traditional way today at Sea View Farm Village. For a truly relaxing time, take a trip to Antigua's sister Island, Barbuda. The Island has only 1,500 inhabitants but is home to over 5,000 frigate birds. Barbuda is also known for its many shipwrecks which can be accessed by experienced divers with a local guide.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% must accompany the signed booking sheet. The balance of payment (70%) together with the Refundable Security Deposit detailed below must be received in full at least 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. If the booking is made within 10 weeks of the commencement date then full payment must accompany the booking. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the payments are not received by the due date; cancellation charges will apply as set out below.

    Upon signing the rental agreement the signatory agrees to pay for any damage of any kind to the property from the security deposit. A refundable security deposit of £300/US $500 must be paid along with your final balance regardless of the length of your stay. This is to guard against any possible damage / loss / excessive cleaning to the property that is incurred during your rental period.
  • Security And Telephone Deposits - the amount, less any applicable claims will be refunded to you by bank transfer or cheque within 4 weeks of the date of your departure from the property.
  • The booking contract is between the hirer and the owner of the property for which the booking is made and incorporates the conditions set out below. The price includes reasonable use of utilities but NOT flights, car hire, holiday insurance etc. The person who signs the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree to Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons included on the Booking Form .The signatory must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be 21 years or over.

Booking Cancellations By Us:: Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to us for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.

Arrival And Departure Time: Check-out time is prior to 4.00pm local time. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, clients should contact us at the earliest opportunity. We will do our very best to assist you.
