Photos and Description of this Corfu holiday house Scenic,12 km from the Airport, 3km from Gouvia

For tranquility and beautiful views and only 3 kilometres away from Gouvia the nearest resort and the beach. Very friendly local hotel facilities with pool is a 5 minute walk. Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings but within 10 kilometres of Corfu Town and 12 kilometres of the Airport. It is a modern family home with a balcony with lovely views leading from the 2 upstairs bedrooms (1 double and 1 king size with dressing room sharing a shower room) the third bedroom is downstairs with bathroom and dressing room leading onto the downstairs terrace to the rear of the property with its own outside living area. There is a pool with landscaped surroundings and permanent barbeque area. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are open plan. the kitchen is very modern with washer, dishwasher and fridge freezer with icemaker. Air conditioning in every room. Children welcome there is a cot, high chair, playpen available. Garden furniture all supplied. No pets allowed and no smoking in the house.

Nearest Ferry: Corfu Town at 9 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Gouvia at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3.0 Kilometres
Car: necessary
Gouvia resort is 3 kilometres away with sea, sand, shops and water sports. The Marina is 4 kilometres away with yacht hire and general marina attractions. We are in the middle of the Island and ideal location for Corfu Town, the Airport, or a drive to any of the resorts is only a short drive away. There are restaurants and bars in Gouvia. There is a friendly hotel only a 5 minute walk with swimming pool, bar and food they will also hire you a car or buggy and have it delivered direct to the villa. Its a perfect location for having a busy time or having a very tranquil time.
