This luxury three bedroom townhouse, has all you need for a perfect holiday. The large bedrooms are on the ground floor with the main bedroom having an en-suite bathroom (Shower, WC) and the other two bedrooms having use of the family bathroom (Bath, Shower, WC & Bidet). All bedrooms are fitted with external lourved security shutters, allowing you to leave the sliding doors open to enjoy the evening breeze. Upstairs you will find a large open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has a fireplace with Wood Burner, modern flat screen TV, Satellite, DVD Player, CD Player & Stereo System with ipod connection. Doors lead out to 2 separate terraces which enjoy the sun all day and are perfect for dining and relaxing. The Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining at home. This house also has a large roof terrace which offers wonderful views of the ocean and surrounding countryside. The house is situated within the first class and renowned golf resort of Parque da Floresta.

This luxury townhouse is located in the heart of the very popular golf and leisure resort Parque da Floresta, in a natural conservation area in the Western Algarve. From the house it's a very short walking distance (5 Minutes) to the wonderful pools and spa area, and also the first tee on the magnificent 18 hole golf course. The resort is ideally located to the most wonderful beaches in the Algarve. Salema is the nearest beach, a perfect spot with a lovely sandy beach and plenty of restaurants. Approximately 15 minutes drive from the resort are an abundance of great surfing beaches that have the most perfect waves, for the more adventurous. Lagos is a 15 minute drive away, and a bustling town and marina. It is home to numerous fantastic restaurants, shops galore and a perfect place to go and have a coffee or beer and watch the world go by. Sagres is about the same time in the opposite direction and is the most westerley point of Europe. The Western Algarve is worth exploring!

We had a lovely time staying in this luxury Golf Townhouse. The accommdation is perfect with everything you need for a great holiday. The house itself was really clean upon arrival and very comfortable. The resort is first class. The golf course is challenging for some but perfectly maintained, and the staff are really friendly. There is plenty to do in this part of the Western Algarve, the beaches are fanstastic and well worth exploring. Lagos is a really interesting place to visit and has some excellent restaurants. If you want a good holiday, in a lovely area of Portugal with plenty to do and see then this house is good value for money.
