There are lovely views from the balcony overlooking the Uzès rooftops where you can enjoy breakfast....or just an aperitif ! Stone features give the property it's warm and welcoming aura. Tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, also including a small reading library for your pleasure, television, WiFi connection. This attractive property is situated in the historical centre of Uzès, just 2 minutes from the Place aux Herbes where the wonderful Wednesday and Saturday markets are held. Being so centrally located everything is at your fingertips from cafés to restaurants, boulangeries to pharmacies, dress shops to shoe shops, interior decorating stores to hardware stores, everything and anything can be found in Uzès. Museums, gardens, historical monuments, walking trails..... all are available..

Notes: This charming well equipped apartment is reached by a sprial stone staircase, being an original feature of this property which is part of the old historic Uzès dating back to the 16th century. Kitchen - is small but adequate with a 2 ring electric hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Small electric oven. Utility room - Microwave Living room - opens up onto a wonderful balcony with views overlooking the Uzès roof tops and the local church. The living room faces south-west so you can sit outside and enjoy an aperitif on the balcony on a warm Summer's evening. There is a woodburning stove in the living area for those cold winter nights. Double bedroom - is large and has a double bed, plus a quiet reading area. Bathroom - with toilet, washbasin and bath with overhead shower. Mezzanine level - has two single beds with a half bath, toilet and washbasin. A small window facing south looks out onto the roof tops and the hills beyond.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: There are two sleeping areas in the apartment. The main bedroom with stone features has a double bed and a very quiet reading area. Next to this bedroom is a bathroom with stone features which has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. The second sleeping area is on the mazzanine level which has two single beds and it's own separate half bath, which consists of a toilet and wash basin.

Living/Dining Room: In the living/dining room there is also a stone feature together with an attractive wood burning stove and french doors opening onto a lovely south-west facing balcony. There is a television (French channels), Wifi connection, book case with books for the guests' reading pleasure and also some board games. The whole apartment is attractively and comfortably furnished and is a welcoming place to return to after a long day out sightseeing or shopping.
