Built in 2006, it is located in one of Dublin's most prestigious developments and combines access to the best of City life with easy connection to the Countryside. The Apartment complex, surrounded by mature trees, has been built to the very highest specifications and is designed for gracious living. There is 24 hour security and yet its views give it the feeling of being open to the world. The large living space contains a superb fitted kitchen with every modern convenience. Comfortable couches surround a German-designed wood-effect gas fire housed behind a glass screen - perfect for winter evenings after a days sight-seeing in Dublin. The large dining table, seating 8 comfortably, allows for convivial celebrations. From the 8th century Book of Kells in Trinity College to shopping on Grafton Street, Dublin is full of interest. You are also only 5 minutes from the beginning of the ring-road around Dublin (M50) and so the apartment is the perfect touring base especially for the South and West. Killiney is where prosperous Dublin merchants built summer villas in the 19th Century and the district is an Architectural Preservation Area. County Wicklow is on your doorstep and Glendalough is an easy 40 minute drive. You will enjoy spending time in Dalkey (one stop on the DART line) with its many shops, pubs and award-winning restaurants.
