This lovely two bedroom / two bathroom apartment is comfortably furnished and completely new. It has everything essential for an enjoyable stay. It has a lovely large garden terrace leading from both the lounge and the master bedroom and has a fantastic unbroken sea views. It is a bright, spacious and airy apartment with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area. The main bedroom leads to the terrace and has an en-suite bathroom and the second twin bedded room has an adjoining shower room. There is a large community swimming pool. During the main summer holidays there is a lifeguard present at the pool. The community is gated for added security. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is located between Fuengirola and La cala de Mijas, and both are easily accessible. It is a short walk to the beach, where you can also find a little bar - restaurant. At a five minutes drive you will find shops, bars etc. in the local area. Miramar shopping centre is a around 5 km away offering many large shops such as Zara, Mango, Eroski ( large supermarket) and many other smaller shops as well as wide range of bars and restaurants and a cinema. There is another large shopping centre at Marbella (La Cañada) which is around 20 kilometres, not to mention the designer shops of Puerto Banus and Marbella. Gibraltar, Ronda, Malaga, Granada etc are easy day trips, but also Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmadena Pueblo are beautiful small towns to visit. This area is also known as the costa del golf, so you can't fail to find a golf course that suits you.

Notes: Every Wednesday towels will be changed. Every saturday cleaning service, incl new linen and towels. More photos available. The apartment is a gated community. The beach is just a short walk away. It is close to La cala de Mijas, which is a lovely traditional fishing village that has retained much of its culture. It is lively and vibrant and a grate base for a holiday at all times of the year. there is a great selection of bars, shops and both Spanish and international restaurants, plus a good twice weekly market ( Wednesday and Saturday). Fuengirola is also a short ride away and has also a great selection of bars, shops and restaurants. The weekly markets are on Tuesday and Saturday (flea market).
