Glenbrook is in the Orlando Disney Area, south west of downtown Orlando Clermont / Glenbrook Area: Situated on the US27, just 1.5 miles morth of the US192, Glenbrook is an ideal location for those wishing to enjoy the delights of the Orlando / Disney area. It is just 8 miles from the gates of Disney World and an easy drive to Sea World, Universal, shops, restaurants and golf courses. The Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral is 45 minutes away, Busch Gardens at Tampa can be reached in 1 hour with the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Coasts also about 1 hour away. The Glenbrook Club House offers many additional amenities including free internet access & wireless hotspot, a large community swimming pool, tennis court, volley ball court, an exercise room / gym, pool table and air hockey. DVDs and playstation games are available for hire from the Club House for a small refundable deposit.

    Part weeks are charged pro-rata to the rates shown.
  • Pool heating is optional and is advisable from October to April. It is charged at £90 per week when booked and paid prior to visit. Pool heating requested during stay will be charged at local rates.
    A refundable breakages deposit is required of £200.

    A £100 per week non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking ( minimum deposit of £100).

    Balance of rental fee due 8 weeks before your stay.
  • The property will be cleaned before and after your stay. Additional cleaning visits can be arranged during your stay. A charge of £50 will be made for each additional visit or if your stay is for 5 days.

Notes: Further Details Outdoors: Patio doors from the Family Room open onto the pool and extended deck area. The villa has it's own private pool and spa, with optional electric heating. The deck faces south west and there is plenty of patio furniture for you to enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is a child safety fence (removable) to keep your little ones safe. The property is not overlooked from the rear and there is additional planting around the pool cage to increase privacy.

We have been regular visitors to the Orlando area for over 25 years, staying in hotels, Disney properties and villas but we think that a villa gives a more relaxing and enjoyable stay and offers good value for money.

We found this villa to be very comfortable and well equipped. It was in immaculate condition when we arrived and we received a call to check that everything was OK.

Glenbrook is a good situation with all the facilities one might require within easy reach, some of them within walking distance if you are so inclined!

Thanks once again. We enjoyed our stay very muh and we will be coming again in 2010 if you have a vacancy at the right time.

We have been renting villas in Florida for the last 10 years or so and this must be the best so far. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, lovely furniture, lovely pool, plenty of sun beds.Prompt service from management agents when we had a problem with the pool - sorted within a couple of hours. Our only complaint - we had to come home! Already booked for next year! Would recommend to anyone!

Comfortable home from home

Fully equipped home from home. Comfortable seating and beds which is not always the case from previous experience so pleasantly surprised. Fully equipped and clean throughout. Would recommend as a holiday home. Could do with some egg cups.

We enjoyed the buffet at Golden Coral as the children could try out the food and it didn't matter if they didn't like it. Wasteful I know but you know what kids are like!Ponderosa was a disappointment this time. Red Lobster or Angels for seafood, Outback Steakhouse for the prime rib was out of this world.

Our only criticism would be the off hand manner of the managing agent. We had a problem with the pool and although I appreciate it was a Sunday his manner was rude and offensive, he even put the phone down on us which I don't consider to be good customer service and would not recommend him as a representative for a holiday property.
Owner's Response: It is good to receive positive comments about how well equipped and comfortable the villa is as we want our guests to feel at home. It is also pleasing to know that our management company are maintaining a high level of cleanliness.

We are disappointed to hear, however, that guests have experienced poor customer service as this is not typical of our management company. We have previously had very positive comments from other guests about their helpfulness. We take comments from our guests seriously and have taken the issue up with our management company.

One final comment... egg cups will be available shortly!!
