Beautiful holiday home set in a tranquil location 10min walk from St Georges's beach and Paceville, an entertainment peninsula offering pubs, cafe's, restaurants, cinemas,discotheques, casinos and shops. The property offers a large roof with sunloungers & BBQ for Alfresco dining. Accommodation comprises of luxury living area with sofa, 40'Lcd cable TV, wireless internet, dining seats eight, full kitchen including dishwasher, b'fast bar,three double bedrooms (main with ensuite), family bathroom, and is fully air conditioned. The property is in an upmarket area yet within walking distance making it a very relaxing holiday without the need to drive. Should one like to rent a car and explore the rest of the magnificent island its central position makes it very easy to achieve as all is mostly within a 30min drive. Sandy & rocky beaches, historical places and cities and the capital Valletta are worth a visit. A Summer holiday to remember, be it romantic, with friends or a fun family treat.

A superb holiday location, within walking distance to the most desirable areas of St Julians, Paceville and Sliema offering the best nightlife. restaurants and shopping malls. St Julians a wonderful fishing village offering a long promenade with restaurants, cafes, and a place where one may start a tour of he Islands by bus or boat. Paceville a vibrant peninsula offering the young at heart numerous places of entertainment such as Cinemas, clubs and lively pubs partying all night. One may enjoy the clear Mediterranean St Georges beach or one of the private lidos exclusively set on the shore. Local village restaurants offering typical Maltese & Mediterranean food are found in every village or town many of them having historical sites, churches, palaces or sites worth visiting. The locals are very warm and friendly. Crime is very little & not worth mentioning. A visit to Valletta and Mdina, cities steeped in history and architecture are a must. A varied and fantastic holiday place!

  • A refundable security deposit of 250 euro is paid locally to representative against breakages, lost keys and utility abuse (excess water and electrics). This is refunded on day of departure against collection of keys etc.
    Check in is at 1430 on day of arrival and check out is at 1000 am on day of departure. Please do not hesitate to request early or late departure. We will be happy to accommodate when possible. An agreed charge for late check out can be arranged.

  • This holiday home sleeps 6 plus 2 little ones (travel cots) Bedrooms 1 and 2 are very large and the beds are what is considered as Super Kng size. Travel cots with bedding are provided and sit easily in the respective rooms without restricting space. A separate guest bed can be added in largest of the 3 bedrooms. Please note that daily rate will increase to reflect the 7th adult guest. Windows are dressed with blackout blinds and sheers for privacy. Bedroom 3 has 2 large single beds that can be placed together to make a further large king size if required. Safety bed guards are also available. to protect the little ones from rolling off. All bedrooms have hair dryers. Bed linen is changed weekly.

Notes: A welcome pack is provided at the start of each booking. Baby sitting is available at very competitive prices. Weekly laundry,linen and general tidy up is provided once a week for bookings of over 7 days. At roof level there is a further fully equiped kitchenette with fridge, freezer, hob and washing machine. Guests are welcome to use the BBQ and will find all that's needed to organise a lovely al fresco dining experience. However, it is expected that all the equipment is cleaned after use. Iron and iron board are also provided as well as all the mod cons one expects to find in their own home like food blender, rolling pin and baking ware, etc There is also an office set up with telephone service which allows in coming call. Only local outgoing calls can be made and bill will need to be settled prior to departure.

Al fresco dining in the evenings under the moon and stars presents the most romantic set up. Fresh blue sky mornings but never too cold ideal for walking or jogging along the coast on the promenade being so close. A stroll down on the beach to enjoy the morning sunrise or in the land serene countryside, presenting peaceful and safe surroundings. Fora and fauna, picturesque valleys and bays all make wonderful and unforgettable moments and memories on a holiday to sunny Malta

Leisure Activities: If one is after a holiday combining relaxation and activity the Malta ican certainly provide the options! This mainly due to the short distances meaning that a lot can be achieved in a day! Our holiday home is very central making it possible to enjoy the Islands however one wants to explore it. The great history, archaeological and architectural masterpieces dating thousands of years, old villages with their unique traditions will not fail to impress. And if action and sports are on the agenda then one might be tempted to go diving or play Golf, try clay pigeon shooting, play tennis or go horse riding. Yaughting, fishing,water skiing, canoeing and paragliding can be done too as well bowling & cycling, The Maltese people are warm and always willing to help. This is an ingredient which entices visitors to visit again and again.

Nightlife and Shopping: For the young at heart who love nothing better then a good boogie Malta offers plenty of Clubs for for all ages. Nights out can last until the early hours of the morning. Food lovers will be spoilt for choice from Mediterranean, Continental or Asian. Casinos,clubs,bars,pubs,plus brilliant street parties with well known international DJs to entertain. Concerts are becoming very popular featuring famous international artists. All this is a throw stone away from our holiday home. Valletta the capital city and it's wonderful theatre will enchant you with performances from the national orchestra presenting interpretations of musicals and opera. Top brand names at big shopping centres & daily market stalls in the inland villages. Why not visit the Silent city of Mdina if you fancy a romantic day or evening with it's history dating back hundreds of years. And plan a visit to the south of Malta. Try heading towards Marsaxlokk a fisherman village, good for fresh fish or souvenirs to take home.

We were 3 persons staying one week at this lovely apartment in Swieqi and we were happy about this accomodation. Apartment was just like we get information earlier; well equipped, furnished with good taste and location was very convenient. Short walking distance, either to Spinola bay nice restaurants or bus station to go somewher further. Shops were close by and area itself was tranquil. We really enjoyed staying at this lovely place, evenif we were not totally lucky with Malta weather ; ) All the arrangements with owner worked as agreed and special thanks to Charlotte for good advices of places where to visit. We had great holidays : ))

La casa es preciosa, nueva, limpia, muy espaciosa y con todo lo que os podais imaginar. La azotea es un lujo. Cuando hemos llegado en el frigorífico había algo de leche, zumo, pan, queso, ... la verdad nos ha salvado la vida.
Además está situada en una calle muy silenciosa a cualquier hora y a sólo 10 minutos andando de una pequeña playa.
La reserva se hace fácil y rapidamente, además, si quieres, la dueña te proporciona transporte desde y hasta el aeropuerto (a la hora que sea) por un precio razonable, te ayuda si deseas alquilar un coche y en todo lo que necesites.
Nosotros le estamos muy agracecidos, hemos pasado unos días estupendos y la recomendaremos sinceramente a todos nuestros amigos. Gracias otra vez.

We can certainly recommend this property.
It was new, clean and nicely furnished, very well equiped. The owner helped us organizising transfer from the airport.
We were welcomed by a nice person who showed us what we needed to know.
The property is situated in a nice, quiet part of town, no trafficnoice. It is easy to park a car close to the property.
We can also rekommend it to anyone who is not afraid of taking a 15 minutes walk down to the city. There is a bus
taking you up the hill and stops quite close.
