It’s furnished to a luxury standard and has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 2 bathrooms, maid service, large gardens, outdoor BBQ, large patio and a private heated pool with spectacular views. Nearby are miles of clean sandy beaches, lovely child-friendly restaurants, mountains and the town of Denia, with its fabulous yacht marina, shopping and old castle. The wine region is a short drive inland, there are numerous water sports along the nearby coast and the villa also overlooks miles of orange groves. There are numerous flights daily into Alicante and Valencia airports. Flight time is about 2 hours 20 minutes plus an easy drive to the villa. The villa is available to rent to families looking for a lovely holiday that’s hassle-free, safe for children and comes with everything you need. There are 3 great golf courses within 10 minutes drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% deposit is required on booking and the balance is required 10weeks prior to your holiday start date.
  • we are happy to rent out the villa for extended periods in the winter for those of you who enjoy a bit of sun on your back while its cold and wet back home. The rate for a periods of 28 days is £1000.
  • Pool heating is charged at £50 per week extra.
    A Maid service before and after your stay is included however further maid service is available during your stay, if you are interested please let us know your requirements and we can let you know the cost.
