Ocean side luxury, modern 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6. Air conditioning. First floor. Two fully air conditioned double bedrooms both with twin beds, one with ensuite bathroom and access to the main terrace, separate shower room. Large living room with double sofabed, TV, DVD, CD stereo, X Box with games, sky/satellite and ipod base station. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels (except pool towels) are provided. Large secure terrace with views to the sea with table, 6 chairs and 2 loungers and a further terrace with access from the front bedroom. Use of beautiful landscaped gardens, children's play area, communal swimming pool, children's pool and two paddle tennis courts. Designated underground parking space. A travel cot, pushchair and baby carrier are also available if needed. One full set of golf clubs are also available in the apartment.

7km of wonderful sandy beaches, right on your doorstep, there is a promenade all along the beachfront to the Marina where there is a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Isla Canela tours is based at the Marina offering many excursions including dolphin watching, fishing trips, coach trips to Seville, golf bookings for the local area and Portugal, car and bike hire. There is a cycle path to the local town of Ayamonte where there are numerous shops and restaurants which retain the traditional Spanish way of life. 20 minutes away is a water park and go karting. The beautiful city of Seville is an hour away. There are numerous high quality golf courses in the area. Isla Canela Golf course is situated within a Nature Reserve. For the more adventurous, the magical city of Lisbon is a 3hour drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 10% discount for 2 week block booking.
    Where the block is overlapped by price increase the total will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
    We require a £100.00 deposit to secure the property and will confirm your final booking via email. If your booking is cancelled up to 8 weeks prior to the date the apartment is being rented then the deposit is non-refundable.
    A damages deposit (refundable on basis of confirmation of property management company) of £100.00 will also be required.
    Payment in full is required at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, for late bookings payment is required as soon as possible.
    Bed linen and towels (except pool / beach towels) are provided and the beds are freshly made for your arrival.

The house was impeccably clean, and the only problem we reported, was promptly resolved by the person responsible.
Exceeded our expectations in terms of equipment and location.
The house is well equipped for 6 people. Very close to the beach with a great promenade to practice walking.
I recommend for those looking for tranquility during the day, and for those who wish to enjoy the evening (is about 10 km from the center of Ayamonte)

The apartment was excellent, bigger than envisaged and the patios on 3 sides meant that there was always somewhere in the sun (or shade if preferred) Everything mentioned was available in the apartment and nothing had been exaggerated.Even though the apartment is on the 1st floor there is a lift immediately outside the front door so anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs need not put them off coming.
The communal areas of the apartment complex were spotlessly clean & the gardens were beautifully maintained. The huge pool area had plenty of space and numerous high-quality sunloungers. The pool is open only when the lifeguard in on site (excellent safety measure for families with younger children)
In nearby Ayamonte there are a super selection of shops & restaurants (highly recommended restaurant "Noosh" opposite the main church in the centre of Ayamonte - the best seafood paella I've ever had). The main square is beautiful with an extremely laid back atmosphere.
Isla Canela golf course is only a short drive (by car!) and worth a round.Nice & flat, most fairways are fairly narrow & there is a lot of water, so high handicappers (me included) need to bring plenty of spare balls! Ask at golf shop for the special offers (after 3pm, 18 holes, 30 euros, bargain!)
DEFFINATELY need your own transport as the nearest shop is a good 20 minute walk away
A lovely apartment, in a lovely complex, near to a beautiful town.........9 out of 10!
