The apartment which is fully contained provides all items required for a full and enjoyable holiday. A full Sky package is provided and along with DVD player. Beach towels are provided to save you taking your own and a weekly clean is provided along with a linen change The apartment is in a quiet area of Puerto del Carmen just a few minutes away from the front. The airport is 15 minutes away. There are 2 golf courses on the island the nearest being 10 minutes away and the second 25 minutes both of which are in excellent condition for the experienced golfer. Tee times can be arranged if you require There are numerous restaurants and bars on the front and the Old Town which is 20 minutes away most hosts numerous fish restaurants. Numerous excursions are available however car hire, which is not essential due to the apartments location, is inexpensive.

Golfing: There are 2 golf courses on Lanzarote. The oldest being at Costa Teguise which is a challenging course. Special rates are available for groups. Buggies are available for hire as are golf clubs. There is a bar, offering tappas, and a restaurant The other golf course between Tias and Pto del Carmen is new and was only opened in 2008. There is at present no club house as this is at present under construction. The course is not as demanding as the other one

We really recommend this apartment. The location is very good, quiet and calm. Supermarkets just around the corner. Approx 5 minutes walk to the main street, Avenida las Playas, where most shops and restaurants are situated. And 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The apartment is really nice, well main-tained and clean. Well equiped.
The terrace is fantastic; spatious, and sunny most of the day.
Easy to get in touch with the nice owner, who kindly answered all kind of questions. Also provides a contact in Lanzarote in case problems would occure, which they didn't.
