Photos and Description of this Antibes holiday apartment Holiday cottage close to the beach - in the heart of bustling Old Antibes

The living area is open plan with the dining area. It has a traditional rustic charm with a terracotta tiled floor and wooden beams. There are large ceiling to floor windows with views looking out on the garden. Traditional blue and yellow Provençal furniture and two sofa beds add to the French feel. There is a 30 inch television and a DVD player plus a CD player. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and vanity unit. A washing machine is also stored here. There is a WC next door Here you will find a king size bed, side tables with reading lamps and a large fitted wardrobe with hanging, shelf space and a small vanity unit. The full length windows look out onto the garden. The separate kitchen has traditional style units and includes a large fridge-freezer, a 4 ring hob and oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a serving hatch into the dining area. 45 square metres - Ground Floor The one storey cottage is accessed through a heavy wooden door through the walled garden.

This traditional cottage is nestled amidst the narrow winding streets of the atmospheric Old Town. Every cobbled walkway is lined with restaurants, cafes and boutique shops selling food, drink and traditional wares. The main market place is on your doorstep. The seafront and sandy beach are a 5 minute walk away. The train station is an easy 10 minute walk and you’ll find traveling along the Riviera a breeze with the regular train service in either direction to Cannes or Monaco.

-very noisy property with no control to influence
-problems with neibour that is very loud and a little weird
-unseriousness of owners to solve something after paying
-no chance to unload your car (300m)
-no free parking place
