Villa Nicette is a fully serviced immaculately restored (2008) beautiful apartment from the early 1900s Belle Epoque period. Situated 5 minutes from Monaco Casino, in Beausoleil, France. Amenities : Cable TV, Flat screen TV, Internet (on supplement, optional) CD / DVD, Clothes washer Dish washer Hair dryer Iron & broard. It offers the comfort and safety of Monaco at a low price. Original features, such as a marble fireplace, have been retained and the decor is richly contemporary. The appartment is of 70m2, has two double bedrooms each with large built-in wardrobes and full length mirrors. The sitting/dining room has a flat screen TV with satellite channels and a library of books. The kitchen in modern contrasting white and grey is fully equipped.   • The basin area has an open top tiled surface with integrated contemporary basin with mixer tap. There is a walk in power shower, toilet and heated towel rail. Tiling is decorated using the finest quality beige rustic roman style tiles and the floor tiles are a contrasting light chocolate colour. Towels and shower mats are provided. The separate cloakroom has a toilet and large basin.

  • Both bedrooms have a real wood parquet floor throughout and stylish doors. Beds and mattresses are made by Habitat. The larger bed in 'Sunrise Room' has a softer mattress whilst the mattress in 'Chocolate Room' is a little firmer. The built in wardrobes have frosted glass sliding doors, plenty of clothes space and ample hanging for clothes including long dresses. There are full length mirrors in each bedroom. Curtains, bedding materials and pictures have been tastefully co-ordinated to provide a sumptuous rich and welcoming feeling. Bedrooms look over the back of the building and are consequently extremely quiet and offer an interesting and charming view of other Belle Epoque buildings. Sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers are white and are changed weekly at no additional cost. There is an iron and ironing board and hair drier in the apartment.

A few doors away from the appartment there is cyber shop with computers and access to wifi connection, also an English pub which has Sky Sports showing all of the most important football, rugby and cricket matches and other key sporting events. There is a public indoor swimming pool in Monaco, 4 minutes walk from the apartment, which is ideally suited for children. CDs can played through the TV system. Wifi connection only on request at least two weeks before arrival date at supplemented price of Eur 40.- 2 Public car parks available 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Beautiful flat in excellent location

We arrived on Thursday to the property and was greeted by Ros the property owner. She was really friendly and helpful and showed us around the flat and the local area so we knew where our local amenities were - i.e supermarket e.t.c. That was really useful as we did not need to waste any time finding our feet in a new area.

For those that travel by car there’s 2 car parks about 3 mins walk away from the flat. Ros advised us on which was cheaper. It cost us about 25-30 Euros for 24 hours. You can park on the street though but the roads are narrow and busy so I would advise the car park.

We all have worries when renting properties abroad on the quality and location but I can honestly say this is one of the nicest flats I have stayed in and the location was perfect for those who want to explore Monaco. We were just 4 blocks from casino square so about a 5-10 min walk tops.

The flat was kitted out with all modern gadgets, air con, lovely big shower head, was clean and tidy and was to be fair as good as a 5 star hotel.... and better value I must add.

I would highly recommend this flat to others.
Thanks Ros for a fab stay and we hope to visit again in the future.

The best apartment we have ever rent...

Everthing in this apartment is perfect! The furnishing is really amazing, the kitchen and the bathroom are new and very chic. Every room is air-conditioned und in the evening you can sit in front of the sweet balconys. The building originates from "belle epoque", so it is very wonderful, too. First of all the location is great because all you need is in the surrounding area: supermarkets, shops, bakerys, pharmacy etc. At least you can go by foot, if you want to see the famous casino, the beach or monaco´s port, precious hotels and sights. The holiday we have spent in this apartment was one of our best holidays.

Lovely Flat in Fabulous Location

The flat was lovelyl! Very clean and tastefully decorated. Centrally located near all attractions, great restaurants, and shopping. Kitchen well appointed and very clean as well. The only drawback I can think of is that it is fairly noisy with the balcony doors open. However, with them closed, it is very quiet. I would highly recommend this flat, and would certainly stay here again if in Monaco.

In this particular one, I wanted to add that the bedrooms do not lead directly to a street but a patio area so they are much calmer than the front room which is the living and dinning area. This apartment provides the perfect French/Monte Carlo holiday experience, Its location is excellent less than 5 min walk to the glamour of Monte Carlo but situated in the more reasonably priced french area of Beausoleil. The owners could not have been more helpful in every way regarding the booking & transfer advice etc. We decied to take the helicopter transfer from Nice airport and while it was a little more expensive it was well worth it. The apartment is absoulutly beauifuly laid out & maintained. There is a lovley french market right beside it which is great to stroll down to in the morning to get your fresh bread rolls & fruit have a nice brunch & then spend the days exploring. There is a lovely Thai restaurant on the market street which do very reasonably priced take-away food lovely for an evening in with a nice bottle of french vino! There are also of course some fablous restaurants in Monte Carlo if you wish to splash out with the glad rags on. This apartment is definately the nicest place we have ever stayed in a really nice location for a busy couple needing a bit of rest & relaxation. 5 stars ++++ from us. Just to note it is very spaceous and could accomadate a sencond couple or children very comfortably.
