This spacious detached 3 bed villa with private pool is furnished to a high standard with English Satellite TV/DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern equipment Washing machine/Dishwasher Cooker Microwave ETC. The master bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom. All accommodation is on one level. Cleaning is inclusive with air-con included We have a large pool and plenty of space for sunbathing and children to play. There is a BBQ area with mature gardens inc lemon, orange and lime trees and beautiful views of the mountains. There are numerous bars and restaurants which are only 6-7minute walk.. The beautiful quiet safe Blue Flag sandy beaches of Guadamar are 10 min drive as are the bustling beaches of Torrevieja. La Marquesa and La Finca are among the numerous golf courses in the area. Other activities available locally are crazy golf, go karting, bowls, ten pin bowling, aqua parks, horse riding, tennis, gym, scuba diving and jet -skiing.

Benimar Urbanisation is close to the Old Spanish towns of Rojales and Benijofar,and is easily accessed by the main motorway (A7) from either Alicante or Murcia (San Javier) gving a fusion of modern amenities and traditional customs.Both towns are only 5 mins drive away both within walking distance. There are many bars, restaurants a new entertainment complex is opening for summer 09. There are traditional local fiestas with parades music and fireworks and many local markets. For Shopaholics there are huge mails in Murcia, Alicante and Elche. The Blue Flag beaches at Guardama and the bustling seafront of Torrevieja are just 15 mins away.For the keen Golfers there are plenty of Golf Courses close by including La Finca and La Marquesa. Benidorm with its theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundamar is an hour away and will provide something to appeal to all ages. Just 5 mins away from the villa we have a Water Park which is fantastic for a cheap day out for all ages.

The villa was even better than the pictures online which was very pleasing. The villa is really well equiped and extreemly clean. The pool was a great size and plenty of places to relax and eat at the villa. There were local supermarkets that were within walking distance, good for doing barbeques!

I thought the villa was a great find and will be definately booking again. The villa was in the perfect location to have a relaxing holiday without the tourist stuff. Would strongly reccomend rojales hills.

Just renturned on 11th August after 2 fantastic weeks at the villa. It is very clean, well equipped and in a great location. The pool is fab, there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, but it is also very peaceful. Kim couldnt have been more helpful and Neil and Sue who look after the villa are fantastic. Would recommend.

Perfect Accomodation, English Resort

We all had a fantastic time at the Villa which was extremely well equipped and catered for. Kim was extremely informative prior to our arrival and on arrival we were greated warmly by a local couple from the villa complex and were provided plenty of information about what there is to do in the surrounding areas. If you want to get out and about a hire car is essential though the villa complex, mostly of English residents has a few restaurants and a couple of English bars. The actual village where the villa is located is Spanish and there are a few really nice restaurants outside the complex. The villa is 'home from home' in a sunny place so if its spanish culture your looking for this may not be the place for you!

The villa itself was very comfortable with a great little bbq set up and a sun trap pool (a god send for cooling down!). This isnt an ideal place for young groups (age 25ish) unless you literally want a holiday by the pool to relax and buy some beers for an evening at the villa.

All in all we had a very relaxing time and thought the natural mud baths were amazing and very fun - a must for any visitor to the villa!

Fantastic holiday

This is the second time that I have stayed at ths lovely villa. I enjoyed it so much I had to go back. The villa its self is very clean and self contained. The pool is fantastic and my favourite part of the villa! Lovely eating areas and a BBQ. Local amenties are close by with various different resturants including chinese and indian. The whole holiday was very relaxing and a wondeful choice. I will be booking to return next year.

Fantastic villa!

I stayed in this villa for 3 nights and wish it could have been longer! There is nothing negative to say at all so will focus on the positive!

The villa was immaculate, clean and equipped with everything you need for your holiday. It was great to be able to cook with ease in the kitchen or use the BBQ area outside. The lounge is very comfy and has satallite TV for those programmes you really don't want to miss!
The 3 bedrooms are also comfortable and the 2 bathrooms were pristine. The villa is definately a 6 person sleeper- it is spacious and my friends and I never felt cramped.

Having only stayed for 3 nights, we wanted to make the most of the villa and the pool during the day- although we were aware that there were many places we could have ventured out to if we could be bothered to get off our sunbeds!

One night we had a bbq which was lovely and easy to use and the other 2 nights were spent just down the road (a 10 minute walk) in the commercial of Benimar.

I must recommend the Taj Indian restaurant - excellent food and service. We also really enjoyed the Chinese restaurant and all agreed it was great value.
There were a few bars to choose from too which sounded lively and looked like good fun, but as the semi and final of Britain's Got Talent was on, we headed back to the comfort of our villa!!

Overall, I would definately recommend this villa. It's in a fab location (only half an hour from Alicante airport) meaning you can go out as much or as little as you like. We had a fantastic time and would definately go back for another girlie break!
