Pool view. 2) Double bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets. Balcony with sun lounger, table and 2 chairs looking over swimming pool. 3) Double bedroom with twin single beds, built in wardrobe, bedside cabinets, sea view. Lounge / diner with hardwood table and 6 leather chairs, coffee table, sideboard, television cabinet housing 21' television and DVD / music system. Floor lamps, curtains and large balcony with beautiful sea views and exterior lighting. There's a BBQ and comfortable seating on the balcony. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, marble tops, shower over, toilet and bidet. Video entry phone. Fully fitted oak kitchen with 4 ring hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor. Balcony, table and chairs. Underground parking for 2 cars

The Bayside resort is located in the coastal town of Sao Martinho do Porto which lies at the heart of the Costa de Prata (the Silver Coast). The apartment is situated in the heart of Sao Martinho next to a string of great restaurants (particularly fish & seafood). There are also some fantastic restaurants hidden away along cobbled streets within a 5 minute walk. Sao Martinho do Porto is about 45 miles north of Lisbon and Lisbon International Airport. Given its proximity to Lisbon and the excellent road links, Sao Martinho do Porto is a favourite place for holidays all year round. You can enjoy the exciting atmosphere, historic surroundings and leisure facilities the Silver Coast has to offer but also get into Lisbon easily for some city life. The train station is just five minutes walk away or there is a good bus/coach that is regular & takes less time. This is the real Portugal, unspoilt beauty, great food, fantastic safe horseshoe beach, friendly locals, great wine..perfect!

This is a nice modern apartment with large balconies. The other residents were quiet and friendly. The pool is a good size and the apartment is close to the beach. The resort is quiet and family orientated. The beach is a good size and wasnt overcrowded (in August). The town is a short drive to lots of other popular portugese towns so there is plenty to see for those who like to get out and about. Lisbon is about an hour away by car or there is an express bus which stops close to the apartment and takes about one hr twenty.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Its great that our guests are enjoying not only the apartment and Sao martinho, but also getting about to the wonderful surrounding towns and cities. Also for future guests to know that the bus service is a practical solution if a car in not an option. Gino & Alex
