Mok'farm is a typical Biological Farm inside a 5 hectares of land, just 1hr from Rome and Perugia. Originally, the 2 farmhouses (or villas) were the barns of an ancient mill. These were renovated in 2001 respecting the original style in accordance with the modern bio-architecture concepts. The 2 villas can be rented together (up to 20 sleeps) or separately (10 sleeps + 10 sleeps).

- Villa B - IL GRANAIO: Characterized by very high ceilings with wooden beams, Il Granaio may host in a perfect comfort up to 8 guests + 2 sleeps in the 2 loft single beds: 3 big bedrooms with queen size bed, en suite bathrooms, a queen size sofa bed in the big living room, a completely furnished kitchen and the BBQ in the yard outside.

Beside the cultural and religious sites of the Middle Age, such as the Church of Santa Pudenziana (300mt/0,2mile) or the St. Angelo in Massa Abbey (3km/1,8miles), from the mok'farm it is very easy to reach a great variety of activities for adults and kids (waterfalls, canoeing, horse riding, paragliding, free climbing, lakes, etc.). The mok'farm is close to most of important and popular towns and sightseeing of Umbria.

Hello everybody, we stood with 2 adults and 4 children aged from 8 till 15 in Il Granaio 2 weeks in August 2009. We had a wonderfull time and enjoyed the stay. Thank you for everything and for a very nice and easy holiday!!!
