Villa Salamander is a very luxurious property it has a very spacious open plan Lounge/Dining room which consists of a large TV, DVD, stereo system, Italian furniture with leather settee´s and the adjoining kitchen which is fully fitted with Hob, Double oven, Microwave, coffee maker, touch electric lighting system to the central island, seperate utility rooms with dishwasher and american style fridge freezer, drinking water unit. Leading from the dining area into a Canarian style court yard you will find 2 double bedrooms with ensuite facilities including Large Bath, seperate shower cubicle, twin sinks, Toilet and Bidet, hairdryers. From the lounger leading down to the pool, you will find an additional shower room with washing machine and toilet. Next to this you will find the pool side bar, which is enclosed and fully equiped with a sink unit, fridge and a dishwasher specially for glass only. The patio has sun loungers and patio table and chairs and parasol and outside shower.
